DinarResearcher: 12/10/2017 Newspaper: Iran raised its hand on Jubouri to act without her knowledge and sent a letter to al-Maliki Baghdad today

DinarResearcher: The newspaper said in a report published today (Baghdad Today) that "by extracting information leaked from the mass of al-Maliki, Iran raised its hand from Salim al-Jubouri because of his insistence on giving the Sunni forces a role in the Iraqi political budgets without her knowledge, and instructed the owner to dismantle the partnership with him, Thus, the electoral alliance that was expected between the mass Jubouri works on the formation of civilian Sunni figures and Maliki's coalition is over. "

DinarResearcher: The newspaper quoted a member of the National Alliance and the leader of the wisdom stream Maala, saying that "the Shiite coalition forces agreed to reject any initiative provided by a Sunni party to resolve the crisis with the Kurdistan region"

DinarResearcher: "Jubouri told the Americans about his mission to mediate between Barzani and Abadi before his visit to the Arbil and that the Americans told him that they are not enthusiastic about this role because they began to grab some threads to find a suitable solution to the crisis,

DinarResearcher: However, al-Jubouri did not take the American position seriously, prompting the deputy speaker of the Iraqi parliament, leader of the Islamic Council Hammam Hamoudi to announce the acquittal of the parliament of the role of Jubouri and not knowing the visit of the last to Erbil, but Jabouri replied that he contacted all local parties And international and regional before traveling to Erbil and meet Massoud Barzani

DinarResearcher: The newspaper said that "the Speaker of the Parliament to Salim al-Jubouri coordinated with some Iraqi and Arab parties to resolve the crisis between Baghdad and Erbil in order to give the Sunnis a role in resolving the Iraqi crises, but the Shiite forces backed by Iran rejected any role of al-Jabouri or any Sunni figure in this framework and coordination between the Shiite alliance The US Embassy has also been involved in this regard. "

DinarResearcher: The newspaper says that "leaders in the National Alliance believe that the Sunni forces indirectly support the referendum of the Kurdish region, in preparation for demanding a similar territory in the Sunni areas and the convergence of the communal sectarian began to appear between the Kurds and Sunnis."

DinarResearcher: The Bahraini newspaper Khaleej newspaper reported on Thursday that Iran had done its hands on the speaker of parliament to hand over al-Jubouri and instructed the leader of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, to break the partnership over al-Jubouri.

BobS: Hey doug, just one more and it is about Kurdistan.

BobS: October 12, 2017 16:53 Directly : it renewed the Kurdistan Regional Government in a statement today, its call for dialogue with regard to ports, internal trade , insurance services to citizens, banks and airports , under restrictions after the secession of the province referendum, and confirmed its readiness for any kind of negotiation under the Iraqi constitution.

BobS: out.

MsDiva: hello everyone hope all is well my god the rumors i read are out this world

Blackgold: @MsDiva give me a rumor

MsDiva: lol the dong is 47 cents the dinar $3.50
holly: Yousif Altimimi 19 hrs · ... The security of Kurdistan announced that the Iraqi army intends to attack Kurdistan .. The security of Kurdistan confirms that the attack will occur in the disputed areas (Kirkuk and northern Mosul). In fact, this fraud and procrastination Kurdish pure ..

So far the disputed areas called (disputed areas) and fall under the federal government 's authority .. and the Iraqi army to freedom of movement and roaming and positioning them whenever he wants and wherever it wills .. This is the law ..

holly: The truth The second, which the Kurds are trying to proactively circumvent, is when the Iraqi army enters these areas , The Peshmerga will prevent the army and engagement with him. In this case, the Peshmerga forces are the ones who started the attack on the army.

If the army retaliates and defend itself, the Kurds will claim that the army is the one who started the attack until the military charge sticks. So, according to this order, the Peshmerga should not engage with the Iraqi army when it enters those disputed areas because the Iraqi army will undoubtedly respond with all its force.

holly: Yousif Altimimi @ yousif.i.altimimi

Blackgold: If i remember correctly the Kurds are a force that is no joke, good luck to the Iraqi army

MsDiva: Blackgold a force to be reckon with

Blackgold: @MsDiva thank you, couldn't remember how to spell that

3 Reasons the World Could Turn its Back on the US Dollar

10/11/2017 03:21:00 PM  News

Three reasons the world could turn its back on the US dollar

Analyst says the U.S. dollar is "increasingly dysfunctional".
Identifies three geopolitical drivers that are pressuring the dollar.
Oil trade is seen as key to Chinese yuan popularity.

David Reid | @cnbcdavy

Urgent need to replace dollar with something else, strategist says 8 Hours Ago | 02:23

A combination of geopolitical pressures could spark the end of the U.S. dollar as the world's reserve currency, according to the head of FX strategy at Saxo Bank.

In a quarterly outlook note titled "The world is turning its back on the almighty dollar," John Hardy claimed the U.S. currency was "increasingly dysfunctional" and there was an urgent need to replace it.

The currencies analyst highlighted these three geopolitical issuescurrently putting pressure on the dollar's status:

The ongoing rise of China as it assumes a more prominent role in global trade and financial markets and in particular how it will manage policy and unwinding the excesses of its credit bubble in the wake of the 19th Party Congress scheduled for October 2017 without upsetting its domestic economy and the global economy,

The North Korean regimes striving to maintain credibility and untouchability as a nuclear power and how this impacts China-U.S. relations, but also how Japan deals with this threat in terms of domestic as well as foreign policy,

The loosening of the U.S.-Europe transatlantic alliance and how Europe and the EU finds its feet as a more independent superpower — or not — in its own right after the German elections

Hardy extracts "de-dollarization" as a direct theme that can be pulled from China's situation as the country looks to encourage demand for its yuan.

"China is eyeing the benefits of having its own currency play a larger role and to supplant the USD's role in global trade," he said. "The initial focus is on the global oil trade, where it has announced the intention of buying oil in yuan and allowing trade partners to settle that yuan in gold."

Hardy said settling in gold is a clever move by Beijing as it provides oil-exporting countries with a greater degree of comfort.

China is the world's largest importer of crude and the analyst forecasted that maintaining a stable currency while buying oil in yuan will be the first steps to increased global demand for renminbi.

"Russia and Iran, long suffering at the hands of U.S. financial and trade sanctions, will be happy participants in this scheme and could provide critical mass. The bigger test will be whether traditional U.S. allies, such as Saudi Arabia, would be willing to risk the ire and financial might of the U.S. by agreeing to receive yuan for oil," said Hardy.

On the second two bullet points, the analyst said Europe and Japan will seek less reliance on the U.S. dollar as they increasingly turn to fiscal policy to solve domestic issues.

"More forcefully so than in the U.S., where the political dysfunction of Trump could mean very little dynamism and only a weak response from the Fed — this leaves the USD out in the cold for different reasons — and having a harder time finding funding for increasing deficits because the rest of the world has its own agenda," Hardy said via email Wednesday.

The analyst said Europe's fiscal spend would focus on defense shortcomings while Japan would look to pull the trigger on a 2 trillion yen ($17.8 bn) stimulus plan.

Short-term dollar outlook

Hardy added that although his long-term outlook for the dollar was negative, there could be some short-term gains in relation to the appointment of the next Federal Reserve chair.

"Tax reform if it does prove to be Kevin Warsh (as next Fed chair), for example, you could get a bump on the dollar prospects," he said. "But further down if we are looking at 1.25 or 1.30 it is a question of entry levels for euro-dollar bulls to get involved rather than tactical buys for the dollar," he said.

Payray:   Article:  "The financial crisis is gripping Iraq's economic capital"

Quote:   "Journal News Basra province suffers from a major financial crisis...despite the fact that the province is considered the economic capital of Iraq because of its wealth of large resources supporting the state budget, most notably oil."

Basra has Iraq's greatest port I believe.. This area will most certainly be a major cog within Iraq's economy.

The need to end the artificial rate is coming, as the natural rate of Iraq is reintroduced to the world.

This is all coming to a head, and will in the end benefit all of Iraq, and those who have invested in their currency.

DinarResearcher: The first Saudi airline to fly to Iraq since 1990

DinarResearcher: Editorial Date: 2017/10/11 23:08 • 1043 times read

DinarResearcher: Saudi Arabia's Nas Air Arabia said on Wednesday it would launch flights to Iraq to become the first Saudi airline to do so in more than 25 years.

DinarResearcher: The airline said in a statement on its website "flights from major airports in the Kingdom will start to a number of Iraqi cities in the coming weeks."

DinarResearcher: "This is a historic moment for us in Nas Konna, the first Saudi airline to land on the brotherly land of Iraq after this long interruption," said Bandar al-Muhanna, chief executive officer of Nas.

DinarResearcher: Flights between Saudi Arabia and Iraq have been cut off since the former regime invaded Kuwait in 1990.

DinarResearcher: In August, Iraq and Saudi Arabia said they planned to open the Arar border crossing to trade for the first time since 1990.

DinarResearcher: The announcement came a day after the Saudi cabinet decided to form a joint trade committee with Iraq.

DinarResearcher: Abadi: We will not allow the return to square one and the return of sectarian and divisional discourse

DinarResearcher: Thursday 12 October 2017 - 02:00

DinarResearcher: Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said his government will not allow the return to square one and the return of sectarian and divisional discourse.

DinarResearcher: This came during an extended meeting held by Abadi to consolidate stability in Anbar province.

DinarResearcher: "The federal government will work hard to speed up the restoration of stability, close the IDP camps, return every displaced citizen to his home soon and maintain the success of Anbar," Abbadi said in a statement.

chattels: Wednesday, October 11, 2017 Iraqi Forces Finish Hawija Now On To Western Anbar Again The Hawija operation has officially ended. The Iraqi forces are now gearing up to return to west Anbar. The preparations are already underway to liberate the last area of Iraq under Islamic State control.

chattels: During the fighting, approximately 150 villages were freed, and 385 IS fighters killed. Over 1,000 also surrendered to the Kurds during the end of the campaign.

chattels: According to the New York Times, the wali of Hawija told his men to give themselves up to the Peshmerga instead of falling into the hands of the Hashd. During their retreat the insurgents set 15 oil wells on fire, which crews were attempting to gain control over.

Since Mosul, the Islamic State has been collapsing. It has hardly put up a fight, has quickly given up ground, and hundreds have given themselves up rather than fight to the death as they once did. For months now Iraqi commanders have called IS a broken force. That has finally come true.

chattels: The Iraqi forces are turning their attention back to the west now. They are planning on attacking Qaim along the Syrian border and skipping Rawa to cut off IS’s supply lines and retreat route.

chattels: The west Anbar operation started before Hawija, but was then put on hold for the latter. The Iraqi command was hoping to conduct both simultaneously, but that might have proven beyond their capabilities.

There may not be as many IS in the area as expected either as there are increased reports that insurgents are moving into the Anbar desert.

chattels: Qaim and Rawa are towns in Anbar Province. The real " final " battle(s) against Da'ash will likely play out for control of the Anbar desert along the greater Syrian border.
chattels: Al Anbar is Iraq's largest and westernmost province. It comprises 32 percent of the country's total land mass, nearly 53,208 square miles (137,810 km2), almost exactly the size of North Carolina in the United States and slightly larger than Greece.

Geographically, it is isolated from most of Iraq, but is easy to access from Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Syria. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraq_War_in_Anbar_Province

chattels: Khalid Al-Anzi, the mayor of Haditha, one of Anbar’s major cities in its western reaches, was cited by Al-Araby Al-Jadeed as saying that the Iraqi desert was too vast and posed geographic challenges to ever be placed fully under Baghdad’s control.

chattels: THURSDAY OCTOBER 12, 2017 Hashid-Peshmerga battles near Kirkuk raise specter of war The KRG fears federal Iraqi forces are plotting a "major attack" days after tensions combusted into two, hour-long firefights near the disputed Bai Hassan oil field.

"Something Big is Coming" - Fulford Report - 10.9.17

Benjamin Fulford, White Dragon Society

Suddenly MI6, Mossad, CIA, NSA, Pentagon, Yakuza and Others All Say Something Big Is Coming

By Benjamin  2017-10-09

EXCERPT...  [White House Chief of Staff General John] Kelly summoned the Joint Chiefs of Staff and combatant commanders to the White House on October 5 to bring all hands on deck to back Trump against the NFL, Antifa, the deep state, and the cabal.”

The source continued by noting, “Even NSA boss Admiral Mike Rogers and Pacific Commander-in-Chief Admiral Harry Harris were invited, as Trump said cryptically that this is ‘the calm before the storm.’”

The “storm” would take place in the form of mass arrests, the issuance of a new currency, and the launch of a global currency reset, the source said.

“‘Calm before the storm’ means the swamp is about to be cleaned out and they are all scared sh#tless, so we better take a picture,” a CIA source confirmed.

Now that the campaign to use North Korea as an excuse to start World War 3 is being undermined, the Khazarians are trying to reignite tensions with Iran as an excuse to start their Gog-versus-Magog end-times war. However, Pentagon sources say the Iran thing is not going to happen either.

The big reason for the rise in tension in the U.S. is that the Washington D.C. Corporation—not to be confused with the Republic of the United States of America—missed a payment deadline that came due on September 30th, its fiscal year end, say MI6 sources. The U.S. government’s budget had a $1 trillion shortfall and the situation has reached the point that, by its own estimates, its net worth is minus $65 trillion.

The MI6 sources say that when the payment deadline was missed, an extension was granted that lasts until October 17th. However, previous reports say that an extension was granted until December 15th, so it is not wise to fixate on a particular date. It is clear that this year is proving to be especially difficult for the U.S. corporate government to find money to keep its operations going.

Another reason the Khazarians are flirting with real bankruptcy and loss of power this time is the demise of their petrodollar. Saudi Arabian King Salman (or perhaps his body double) made the first-ever visit by a reigning Saudi monarch to Russia last week. The Saudis agreed to buy arms from Russia and reached many other deals, according to various press releases.

Furthermore, the Saudis also talked about the possibility of ending the petrodollar by selling their oil for currencies other than the U.S. dollar, Pentagon sources say. This led the U.S. military to issue a veiled threat to the Saudis by suspending all military exercises with the Saudis and their allies.

The Pentagon still needs Saudi oil to run its machines and Saudi money to pay its salaries, and thus will not allow the complete death of the petrodollar until a comprehensive global financial reset is in place, Pentagon sources explain.

Another sign seen last week that something big was about to happen was a fire burning on the roof of the New York Federal Reserve Building.

If you want, you can believe the Fed’s story that a generator caught on fire, but a good guess is that they were burning evidence before the U.S. military makes their long-overdue move to occupy that criminal institution.

This autumn we have a real chance to permanently end criminal Khazarian rule of the planet. If you are in a position personally to take action, please do so.

LoneStarCowboy:  “China Will "Compel" Saudi Arabia to Trade Oil in Yuan”

Being the 'biggest" has its perks! We see just how "big" this "perk" can be, and perhaps, a very "big" reason for Iraq to depeg from the dollar. If you depeg from one then you will repeg to another.

Our Professor has shared that will happen and that Iraq will repeg to a basket of others. Keep your eyes on the yuan...and China!

We have been taught the "value" of black gold, oil!

Iraq - China....oil - gold; what beautiful dance partners.
All of this...in my opinion, of course!

12th October, 2017

October salaries for government employees will be paid via the biometric system for the first time since the program was first introduced a year ago.

“Employees’ salaries for October will be given on the basis of the biometric system. In the first phase, salaries of civilian employees will be suspended if they fail to register. In the second phase, salaries of military personnel and pensioners will be suspended if they fail to register,” Samir Hawrami, spokesperson for the biometric system and media secretary for Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, told Rudaw.

On October 10, 2016 the government launched the mandatory biometric system as part of austerity measures. The goal of the program was to cut down the government’s bloated payroll by eliminating so-called ghost employees and creating a clean list of government workers.

Thousands of ghost employees and widespread fraud were uncovered during the registration phases of the biometric program.

The registration of employees has now finished, except for some security agencies. Hawrami said fewer than 1,000 civilian employees have failed to register in the biometric system.

“The Council of Ministers should make a special decision for these people because the registration process for civilian employees has stopped,” he said.

The official said they have yet to take measures against those who were illegally receiving more than one salary. Under the new strictly regulated system, it is expected that the salaries of tens of thousands of people will be cut.

Over 1.2 million have registered.

Don961:  OK ... no more ghost soldiers/pensioners/civilian employees "receiving" salaries that wind up in the pockets of corrupt officials and crooks .... not sure how many were discovered in total ... but do remember seeing a figure of 50,000 Ghost Soldiers getting allocated salaries ....
