BGG ~ Before everyone gets all “up in arms” about what is right, who they support, or what they think they “know”…
Let me ask a few questions.

So what constitutes treason?

Why is Barzani still in power 2 years after his second term expired?

Why is the KRG Parliament suspended?

Why did his family choose to purchase large estates in the U.S. – Virginia to be exact (other than the Nov. 1 elections he insists he won’t be a part of…)

On one final note – I’ll recall to your attention, Barzani and the Kurds had the final swing vote with which to remove Maliki in his first term (as I recall – it might have been later…), but instead, chose to NOT USE IT. Why?

Make no mistake… I am a Kurdish sympathizer. However, I am for the Kurdish people… not the Kurdish leadership. None of them. They are all crooked.

Restored Republic via a GCR Update as of Sept. 28 2017

Compiled 1:01 am EDT 28 Sept. 2017 by Judy Byington

A. Sept. 27 2017 GCR Situation Report: "Black Wall":

1. The IRS's normal six month April 15, 2016 tax report extension period ends at midnight Oct. 15, 2017, which closes the USA, Inc's books forever.

2. The RV was to be completed by this time frame (Oct. 15) no matter what and would begin as soon as the SKRs completed their hydration cycle.

3. Now Paymasters awaited the go ahead to perform final SKR fulfillments.

4. This am Sept. 27 an 8 day private protocol memo, plus a 15 day private exchange center schedule memo were delivered to off site redemption locations by military escort.

5. Currency Exchange Rates as of Sept. 27: ZIM $4.00+; VND $25.00+; IQD $32.00+

6. Higher sovereign rates were available, as were longer term structure programs - both by request.

7. All currencies would be redeemed at their face value, screen rates or below with no zero loop offs and no NDAs.

8. There appeared to be a slow and tiered RV release pattern unfolding which has been taking place since mid-month Sept.

9. T3 level Historic Bond redemptions at 1 Quad and below were taking place now.

10. Internet currency exchangers were considered T4 (and next in line).

11. The USN has been declared legal tender worldwide since Sept. 23, 2016.

12. As per international law, there would be the new asset-backed USN currency at all private redemption appointments. This new US currency has been airlifted into exchange centers by military chiefs.

13. Wells Fargo, Citibank, Bank of America,, Chase, TD, Royal Bank of Canada and Scotia Bank were junior redemption member banks in North America. HSBC and BOC were lead banks handling master accounts in US and Canada.

Reno's Admiral (Retired Naval Nuclear Sub Commander and Finance Professor named Bob) was just a glorified paymaster who took currency off the streets at below market value on an Indian Reservation. Nothing more, nothing less. All that Reno drama, chaos and hype for absolutely nothing of value. Currency holders were better off holding their notes in hand to receive the highest redemption rates and values.

B. Sept. 27 2017 11:02 pm:  Mid-Week Report - The Office of POOFness - 9.27.17

1. Yesterday Sept. 26 Guardians who wish to release the master accounts in the Philippines publicized it without the permission of Grandfather and the European side.
65 Quad Funds Ready for Worldwide Humanitarian Projects

2. It will not be done like they wish. There are checks, balances and very stringent rules governing such releases.

3. Other releases were well underway without announcement.

4. The Elders know some information should be given out, but not the overall plan or the details of it. Otherwise security would be breached.

5. The GCR is underway, as is the RV. You will see and hear many things that are being cashed out.

StephenMac63:  While most are looking at Iraqi media for information regarding Jafarri's meetings he had at the UN recently and we all can safely assume that the Iraqi media is controlled, good luck finding anything there....but all is not lost...

He had 23 meetings, assuming they were with 23 different countries. IMO also, he did say something about Iraq having security and stability but I think the most important thing he said was to the effect of "Iraq has many opportunities for you".

23 countries. That's where we need to look for information regarding Jafarri's meeting. Sometimes you need to look elsewhere to find out where you are at.

This link provides the articles relating to Jaafaris meetings at the UN. Feel free to research each of them to get more information. I could have listed each article but that would have taken a lot of KTFA server space.

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Wednesday the suspension of official working hours on the tenth of Muharram.

"It was decided to suspend the official working hours on Sunday, 1 October 2017, on the tenth anniversary of the holy month of Muharram," the statement said.

The tenth of the holy month of Muharram or the so-called "Ashura" is the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein bin Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon them).  LINK

9-28-2017   Intel Guru Frank26   Jabouri had over 30 secret meetings while in NYC with other nations...All under the direction of Abadi. Nothing has been released about these meetings.  They wouldn't meet with Iraq if there is still a program rate.  Abadi ready to give his speech.

9-28-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat    Politically Iraq could in-fact fall apart and end up with an internal civil war with Kurdistan. Remember the Kurds hold 1/3 of all political positions within the GOI.  I am hopeful that the new democracy is strong enough and they will not resort to forceful civil unrest or war. But there is still way too much POLITICAL and SECURITY instability to even think they would push out a reinstatement of their currency at this time.  Do they need a higher rate to their currency?  This is a loaded question and is hard to define. Yes – many economists believe the currency SHOULD be valued much higher than it is (and I agree)...  Are they ready to RV as far as the reforms and what the CBI has done to set them up? Yes – they are fully ready, but it is these factors now that plan a major role in triggering the final part of the process of the “project to delete the zeros”. This final process is what we watch and wait for.  [post 2 of 2]

9-28-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat   Trust me this is not my “opinion” either...The Kurds are not just being rebellious and this is not just some “smoke” screen for the RV.   Barzani fully intends to separate Kurdistan from the Iraqi Republic but remember this is not an overnight deal.  It will take years to accomplishMeanwhile what will be the GOI response? How about the response of its neighborsThere will be many impacts all around. We are told it will not be pleasant...the Kurds will not be allowed to leave peacefully. The Kurds overwhelmingly voted for the referendum and got over 60% turnout for the vote and the voting process was a huge success.  Iraq is now experiencing major crises and this is disappointing as we really don’t know how this is all going to turn out.   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

9-28-2017   Newshound Guru Adam Montana  [Not real sure about the numbers, but I think I've seen that the Kurd province produces 12 percent of all Iraqi oil and represent 17 percent of the Iraqi population.  Wouldn't be better for Iraq (and us) if the Kurds cecede?]   If the Kurdish region went Independent, Baghdad (Iraq) would lose their northern border with friendly Turkey and gain a new border with less agreeable tenants (the KRG)... so no, I don't think that is something they want. They also have to address Article140, which neither side wants to cave on. And even if it is "just 12%" of their production/revenue... That is a pretty significant number. So overall, I don't think Baghdad will want to let this happen. Would it be better for us? I don't think it would further the HCL agenda, it might even hurt it. The Kurds would create their own new currency, and we'd still have IQD with less chance of an RV. So in my opinion, nope. Not good for us if they secede.

9-28-2017   Intel/Newshound Guru payray   Article:  "Association of Private Banks organizes a workshop on safety requirements for financial transfer systems"   Quote:  "...the presence of the Central Bank for most workshops held by the Association of Private Banks A significant indication of its importance because it is part of its strategy to be implemented during the next five years"  [What does this mean?]   It means we are preparing for Iraq to go international...    [Implemented during the next five years" Gooodness, I could be here awhile.]   Nah... Once they go international, it will be a process... But once they do go international, a new rate will be imposed... They will be forever learning, and changing international standards...

9-28-2017   Intel/Newshound Guru tman23   [So if the kurds go independent then we have wallpaper and not currency anymore...]   You will find out in a few more days...Abadi ordered Kurds to turn over all land...Airports will shut down Friday at 1800 hrs...Borders will be secured...And Iraq military will take over...  Barzani was very respectful of Abadi...and they want to support him as PM in the upcoming elections... I know of this from inside...SO... My excitement which makes no sense to many...makes sense to me...Abadi may be playing actor among a bunch of snakes surrounding him and high pressure...But what I know or thought to be true...this is not making sense ...ZERO!  We will see in 3 days...AND we have up to 10/8...Sticking by it...

tman23: This is FUNNY...... fire all Kurdish state employees who participated in the Kurdistan Region’s referendum and voted yes, while ensuring “social relations” with the Kurdish people are preserved.......

fire all Kurdish state employees who participated in the Kurdistan Region’s referendum and voted yes, while ensuring “social relations” with the Kurdish people are preserved.
tman23: The Iraqi Parliament on Wednesday asked the Council of Ministers to take measures against the Kurdistan Region following the momentous independence referendum. In a session boycotted by Kurdish MPs, the Iraqi Parliament mandated the Iraqi government take strict measures against the Region that included deploying military forces in the Peshmerga controlled areas.

The Iraqi government was given authorization to deploy forces to occupy the Peshmerga controlled areas in the Kurdistani areas outside of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) administration.

The Parliament reiterated that holding a referendum was unconstitutional, and said authorities would take legal action against those responsible for organizing the vote, including the Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani.

“All the border crossings outside of the control of the Federal Government of Iraq will be closed, and all goods exchanged at those borders are considered illegal,” the Parliament decision stated, urging neighboring countries to comply with Iraqi demands.

Referring to Kurdistan, the decision urged the government to seize oil fields in the “north” of Kirkuk as well as the disputed territories. Iraqi President Fuad Masum was also urged to carry out his constitutional duties to keep the country united.

The Parliament rejected calls for dialogue by President Barzani and asked the government not to accept any conditional exchanges unless the independence referendum results were canceled.

Members of the Parliament also asked the government to fire all Kurdish state employees who participated in the Kurdistan Region’s referendum and voted yes, while ensuring “social relations” with the Kurdish people are preserved.

tman23: MALIKI RETARDS.........LOL

tman23: New York’s senior senator Chuck Schumer issued a statement on Wednesday calling on the Donald Trump administration to support an independent Kurdish state.

“Monday’s historic vote in [the Kurdistan Region] should be recognized and respected by the world,” said the Senator, who has served in Congress since 1981, first as a member of the House of Representatives, and then as a senator.

A Democrat, Schumer is Senate Minority Leader. The results of the Kurdistan independence referendum, announced earlier on Wednesday, showed a 93 percent vote in favor of independence.

“I believe the Kurds should have an independent state as soon as possible,” Schumer affirmed, “and that the position of the [US] government should be to support a political process that addresses” Kurdish aspirations for independence.

“Over the last two decades, the Kurds have been one of our strongest and most supportive partners” in the fight against terrorism, his statement read. “We have relied on the Peshmerga time and again.”

Schumer also noted that the Peshmerga have “stood up for the rights of minorities in a region where the oppression of minorities is too often the rule, and conflict is often the result.”

“The Kurds are one of the largest ethnic groups in the Middle East without a homeland and they have fought long and hard for one,” he noted. Subtly criticizing the Trump administration, the Senator continued, “Despite this, the Kurds continue

chattels: @tman23 Never thought that I would have a concurrent sentiment to Chuck Schumer http://www.rudaw.net/english/kurdistan/270920177
chattels: While Kurds would love to have American support, the US has officially opposed the referendum, urging Erbil and Baghdad to engage in talks and focus on the war against ISIS.

Kurdish officials have maintained, however, that unofficially there is much more support for their independence aspirations. On Monday evening, as people cast their ballots, US Congressman Trent Franks introduced legislation to support Kurdistan’s right of self-determination.

tman23: @chattels ... The other evening several were saying nobody is supporting the Kurds in this referendum and even the x DU guy had comments on me towards it........

But as I posted....All of Congress and the Senate supports Kurdistan and not to be fooled by the silence or statements in media....... And Barzani did not go rogue..... He is no fool !!

That said: I am not sure where Abadi stands..... But if he orders action against the Kurds and refuses to negotiate......Then I go to what Trump said not long ago........ Maybe we will get another chance.....(to take their oil )..........

chattels: @tman23 Mostly shaping up as verbal volleyball and rhetorical repartee, a tempest in a teapot. Abadi has to take a hard line to preserve his chances of forming another government in 2018, but he dangerously close to overdoing it in my view. The world community is not going to allow the Iraqi government to terrorize the Kurds, militarily or economically, IMO.

Bruster69: The Prime Minister drew the Government's commitment to the Constitution, which has the power to exalt the three authorities, noting that the Government was committed to cancel the referendum and enter into a dialogue between the Government and the territory,

noting that determination doesn't mean capture resolution at the expense of other components, indicating that Final results showed that less than half of the population voted for secession while the majority voted for the Constitution which means that the results of the referendum are void and will not be dialogue with the territory on that basis.

tman23: Iraq Parliament and Prime Minister are to be commended....... Kurdistan displays democracy by holding a vote expressing self determination of ethnic groups in the Kurdistan region.......

Iran immediately condemns it and sets up missile defenses on the border to defend against a potential Iraqi Kurdistan invasion of Iran.....Turkey sends troops to the border and holds military exercises with the Iraq army in defense of Iraqi Kurdistan.....

They are going to shut down the borders and starve the Kurds, cut off the oil pipe to cut off revenue, and shut down the airports thus sealing off the region....... Turkey, Iran and Baghdad are highly concerned about the well being of Iraq and it's people...........

The voting itself was largely peaceful, despite widespread fears that the referendum would provoke fighting in ethnically mixed, Kurdish-controlled territory whose official status is disputed with the federal government. Minor incidents of violence were reported.

the assessor:    “Market Movement”   Mohammed Sharif Abu Maysam

Local markets are still affected by the deflationary situation caused by the shortage of cash due to the deficit in the allocation of investment projects, despite what is said about the monetary block, which the central bank estimates about 70 percent of the cash issued.

This downturn is evident, and seems to be the inherited situation witnessed by the real sectors, especially the industrial sector, which is still moaning from the state of dumping of goods, despite the implementation of the Tariff Law,

which in turn contributed to dedicating the state of deflation due to high prices of some goods and the absence of local alternative, SMEs in this sector continue to be disabled and unable to contribute to the supply of goods that meet market demand.
As well as the delay in implementing the initiative of the Central Bank related to the financing of sectoral projects (agricultural - industrial - real estate) despite the imposition of simplification mechanisms on specialized banks and the adoption of the electronic form in the presentation of loans, all this and related to increase the rates of collection and fees in service institutions that turn

In turn, it reduces the promotion and follow-up of transactions, gives a clear idea to the observer of the urgent need to complete the elements of the market and regulate its relations as stipulated in the laws governing market relations, foremost among which are the laws (competition and antitrust, consumer protection, N. work .. and others).

Market movements can not organize and resist volatility unless market relations are organized, as the regularity of the latter will put an end to the market behavior and to unregistered activities, as well as the reduction of illicit means, primarily monopolies and dollar exchange rates in the parallel market.

As the market parallel to the market of the sale of currencies in the central bank, which is behind the fluctuations in the price of goods and services, need more regulation and not all attempts by the relevant parties and instructions issued by them to control them for the legal and executive reasons we have referred to.

It may be said that the nature of the system of market economy is based on the floating of currencies as exchange units for transactions in the market does not interfere with the state does not support them, which is true, although he ignores the role of the real state in the market economy, because the flotation without the completion of legal and procedural Which controls the elements of the market as an economic suicide,

the first victims of the poor before the great damage to the structure of the economy for the benefit of owners of money and speculation, as well as the rise in the activities of the shadow economy, which is active in all economic activities not registered as well as graft .

Thus, the market will remain soft and subject to propaganda and rumors and the use of variables and events for the benefit of capital owners who control the paths of movement unless the laws that have been legislated.

beachrider:    Assessor, with their current financial stressful situation do you think they can even stretch this out to 2018?

The assessor:    Hi beach,My take is that all these in government and such are in a position that they have enough dinar or dollars and will continue to dip into whatever they can should they require extras and be able to last out quite a while without any cares whereas the average working families like us are really struggling to make ends meet,

i posted an article a wee while back regarding how corrupt most of these highly regarded people in govt are, where did they accumulate and afford to buy up property all over the world, so in a real answer to your question is who knows?

I've just about had enough of Iraq and its problems and after 7 or 8 long years in this i take all the news with a slight smile as i know SOMETHING ELSE to rock the boat comes to a head and we are back to square 1.   Best to all with a smile.

Pacificpalm:    Best to all with a smile.
A smile for you also as we head into 9 years of up, down all around the world and what for?  Well I'm in till it is done and it will be SOON!!!!

Payray:    Keeping the dinar down will not help to keep Iraq unified... Eventually the natives will revolt... They know this, and their goal is to ensure a prosperous Iraq for all as Abadi declared just last week...

LStar:   Palm: me too, 9 years, next year will be 10. But who's counting. Right? Lol  Main thing, enjoy this wonderful life! Every minute

Beachrider:   assessor, Thank you.

MrsClassy:   Parliament stresses the submission of Barzani and Kurdish officials to the judiciary and prosecuted for their violations in accordance with Iraqi laws in force

15:20 - 27/09/2017

Information / Baghdad ... The Council of Representatives, on Wednesday, to provide the President of the Kurdistan region outgoing Massoud Barzani and Kurdish officials to the judiciary and trial in accordance with the laws of Iraq in force.

"The House of Representatives voted earlier on the unconstitutionality and legality of the referendum of the Kurdistan region and its consequences that threaten the fate of the homeland, and after its implementation by the region has issued several resolutions."

He added that "has been the implementation of the decisions taken by the Ministerial Council for National Security in its last session, especially its decision to judicial follow-up of those responsible for the implementation of the referendum, including the head of the outgoing authority of Massoud Barzani and bring them to trial in accordance with the laws of Iraq in force as well as other Kurdish employees working in the federal state" .

The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, interior ministers, defense and oil ministers and national security adviser. The meeting was held on Tuesday. Ending / 25

Beachrider:   Now he's dun it, he's in trouble now

Payray:    Ohhh... You know for some reason I believe that Barzani will be fine in the long run... If this man were truly hindering progress, he would have been dealt with already... He will more than likely seek refuge in a Kurdish friendly nation, and quite possibly live out the rest of his days...

IMHO, this is all a smokescreen, and an excuse to close borders, shut down airport operations in the Kurdish region ect ect... These people know that the referendum meant absolutely nothing in the overall scheme of things... This seems to be a overreaction to me, and for reasons they are telling the public...    Just an observation...
Beachrider:  payray,  I disagree. Maliki is worse than he is and still not dealt with!

Payray,  beachrider,  You ever wonder why?... Common sense would make one think with all of his corruption, Maliki is still representing the Iraqi government... It seems everyone has the goods on everyone... Maliki is being used, and is of use... That is why he is still alive...

Payray:   beachrider,  Well, I do not know exactly how much corruption either one of these individuals have been involved with... But I will say this... NOBODY gets away with anything once judgment time comes, and the reckoning occurs.. Our CREATOR sees all, and will deal with evil doers in His time frame... We all need to beseech HIM for mercy... As scripture points out, those who are under the blood of the Lamb are scarcely saved... Whew!... Thankfully HE is a loving God...

How will the CBI get the 3 zero notes out the kurds hands?

Samson:  The US tax reform plan is pushing the dollar up for the fourth day

 28th September, 2017

The dollar rose for a fourth consecutive day on Thursday as the increase in yields on US Treasuries encouraged investors to trim the city's hubs, although markets are cautious about continuing to climb as the greenback approaches the recent highs of trading.

The dollar jumped to a one-month high against a basket of currencies. The dollar index is heading towards its best weekly performance since the beginning of this year, supported by hopes that the US administration of Donald Trump will make some progress in tax reform.
The dollar was up 0.24 percent against a basket of currencies. Climbing 2.5 percent since falling to a two-and-a-half-year low of 91.35 in mid-September.

The yield on 10-year US Treasury bonds rose to 2.3590 percent, the highest level since mid-July and nearing the maximum range of trading it has been in since early May.

The dollar's rally was higher against currencies that have fallen due to domestic factors in recent days such as the Japanese yen and the euro

Samson:  Report: US wars cost American taxpayers $ 7500 per person

12:32 - 28/09/2017

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - US wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria have cost US taxpayers about $ 7,500 per person since the September 11 attacks, according to a report by the defense website DefenseOne on Thursday.

"The average taxpayer spending on America's wars in the Middle East was $ 7,500 per person, according to the undisclosed Pentagon budget data sent to Congress earlier this summer," the report said.

"In this fiscal year, the taxpayers paid about $ 289 per person to cover the costs of the US wars in the region, and in the next fiscal year 2018 they will pay $ 281 per person if Congress passed the spending request from the White House unchanged, That figure should increase with Trump's request to send more troops to Afghanistan. "

"The payment peaked in 2010, with Americans paying $ 767 per person and then falling back to $ 204 in 2016 before rising again as the United States stepped up its air campaign in Iraq and Syria," the report said.

"This figure is far from the total cost of wars for one reason: the figures do not include secret amounts spent by the CIA and other intelligence agencies and special operations, but when costs such as medical payments and subsidies are included for the old applicants over the 40 years And the war-related funding of the State Department and other federal administrations, the figure is much larger, with total figures reaching $ 5 trillion. People’s Dinar:

Payray   Article:  "Association of Private Banks organizes a workshop on safety requirements for financial transfer systems"   Quote:  "...the presence of the Central Bank for most workshops held by the Association of Private Banks A significant indication of its importance because it is part of its strategy to be implemented during the next five years"

It means we are preparing for Iraq to go international

Once they go international, it will be a process... But once they do go international, a new rate will be imposed.

They will be forever learning, and changing international standards.

GURU G LIN: Article:  "The House of Representatives votes on a parliamentary resolution on the referendum of the Kurdistan region and hosts the Prime Minister"   [It does not appear that any laws that was proposed for today was voted on...]   ...they will be back in Parl. next Tues. This referendum situation took priority. And with good reason. This easily could turn into another Israel Palestinian conflict.  Kirkuk is Kurdistan's Palestine. It is all about the oil and disputed territories. It always has been. Thus no 140. Maybe this will force them into an agreement but when you throw Maliki and Iran in the mix, it's scary. Syria and Israel seem to be ok with the Kurds forming an independent state, but the rest of the M.E. and the U.S. and Europe are not happy with the Kurds. Now will this mess effect the economics? Who knows?

ADAM MONTANA: .the Kurdish referendum...They did hold their “vote” on Monday, but the result of the actual vote isn’t what I’m focusing on right now. What I AM looking at is the aftermath. Turkey is leaning HARD on the KRG after the referendum. 85% of Kurdish oil exports leave via Turkey, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdrogan stated point blank that they will close that border if that’s what it takes to get the KRG back in line. This is some serious strong arming!  OIL is at a high right now. We’ve all been waiting for the price to go up, and the $60 mark is in sight!  Kurdish Regional President Barzani issued a statement regarding the vote, which apparently revealed exactly what we thought would happen - the people voted for Independence.

But are they really going to be able to achieve that, with Article 140 still unresolved? The only way to move forward with an actual secession would be to relinquish any claims they have on the disputed territories, and there’s no way that will happen. This is not rocket surgery, my friends!  I’ll tell you why I like how this is playing out. They know they are stuck between a rock and a hard place right now with Turkey. Add to that the proposed extension by OPEC, Iraq’s general exemption from said OPEC agreement, the price of oil rising, and everything else on the table… you know, I look outside right now and I see leaves falling alongside the temperature. It makes me think of warm foods like soup and chili… and looking at the situation in Iraq, it looks to me like a recipe for “HCL soup”! Serve it up, I say! The table is set, and we’re hungry.

My banker who said for many years that all of this was a scam now acknowledges it. However, today she did say that if we are not in the bank by October 15th she feels that it will be after the first of the year. Her reasoning is that there are too many holidays that mess things up. I thought we were supposed to have the best black Friday ever.
