Frank26 Team is at “Code Red” and have been for awhile.

Nadita:  Frank, yes.. I likey code red, guess Abadi will be the trigger to propel CBI to do what they need to do as per IMF saying  Could it be code red for Thursday leading to this weekend..??? only God knows and probably JL, CL, and three musketeers in Iraq

Aggiedad77:  Thank you Frank......we await the sandstorm of all sandstorms that will leave them with a new image....the corrupt shall be pushed aside and scrubbed from where they have stood for too many years.....in will walk the fresh new representation for Iraq.....
I think it will be interesting to watch Abadi walk away from the DAWA thugs.....he has a good following.....he has the backing of the Holy Men.....as you have said.....he got what he needed......

So watch as "all heck breaks loose"........he's going to do good things because he is a tenacious but good man.....he is at the right place....at the right time.....for a purpose.....on purpose....he leads.    Aloha   Randy

Aaron:  Good evening Folks, I have a question for those who may be more studied than I am...

I am wanting to go back and read the wording that stated that in the "first half of 2016" that Iraq would complete their reforms, or would become internationally compliant (Article VIII), etc., etc.

I remember reading the verbiage at the time it was originally published, but am having a hard time finding it now...

I have found the IMF Document (25 pages) from December 22, 2015

"Iraq -- Letter of Intent, Memorandum of Economic and Financial Policies, and Technical Memorandum of Understanding"

However, I am not seeing any references to this subject matter and/or its' wording...

Am I looking at the right article/document from the past..???

Thanks and hope you all have a fantastic evening..!!!

DELTA: IMF: Iraq will return to the market mid - 2016

 10/21/2015 14:51

Revealed the International Monetary Fund (IMF), on Wednesday, for planning to send teams in the near future for both Iraq and Jordan in an effort could pave the way for more aid, and as pointed out that Iraq's economy is suffering the consequences of falling oil prices, as well as waging war against organization (Daash), he stressed that Iraq will return to the economic market during the first half of next year.
