DINAR GURUS UPDATE, 14 JAN

1-14-2013  Newshound/Intel Guru BGG   Article: "National Coalition calls wise to adopt a group meeting with the leaders of blocs to resolve the crisis"   This is just another stab at a delay tactic. Not a real option. Talabani worked on a National Meeting for 2 years. While the National Alliance wasn’t in this kind of jeopardy – they wanted nothing to do with it then. Suddenly – they want a meeting??

1-14-2013  Newshound Guru Tlar   Article:  "Startles Maliki to choose an alternative to the president .. Barzani named Hiro Ibrahim Ahmetd as president of Iraq!!"  Maliki is in trouble.  He is losing battle after battle.  The NA should see the writing on the wall next week...If they don't do it next week everything and I mean everything will escalate quickly.  I believe Maliki will leave the country soon.  He won't have a choice.

1-14-2013  Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Article:   "Economists stress the country out of the framework of unilateral betting"  This one seems to give us some more insight into the last few days.  Pretty heavy and demanding challenges for Iraq to step into the world economy.   Let's hope they do...of course the first step seems to be...the dinar!

1-14-2013  Newshound Guru Doc   Rumors and hype abound...We can with 100% certainty tell all that there has been no RV, chapter 7 has not been lifted, HCl has not been agreed to and there are no mysterious back bank screens showing incredible rates.   The bottom line continues as is.  There is lots of positive news suggesting these issues are being addressed but we still don't have closure.  We are encouraged but still await final closure.  With this we remain cautiously optimistic in the longer term.  We report, you decide.

1-14-2013  Newshound/Intel Guru Flashing  the political issues are taking care of under the strategic framework agreement. That is the reason why Ban Ki didn't mention the political crisis as an issue to release iraq from ch 7.   [I have never seen a confirmation on this - does Iraq have to have the RV (viable currency) before they can be released from Chapter 7?]  there is nothing writing on that respect, but they will return to the position they held previous to being under ch 7. so this means their currency will be tradeable and will have a value according to the country current status in terms of reserves and assets.  again the important thing here is the following: a transfer from ch 7 to ch 6 = rv. they need to have a tradeable currency.  imo iraq will be moved from ch 7 to ch 6 during this month.  the rv is imminent as well as the release from ch 7.

1-14-2013  Newshound Guru Breitling   How can Iraq dedollarize it's economy without raising the value of the dinar.  Well, they can't.  The velocity is part of the formula.  So, if they delollarize, it's going to force Iraq to use the dinar & it's got to go up.  The value has got to go up.  It has to be a combination.  They have to dedollarize and raise the value of the dinar at the same time.  Their value of the dinar right now is fake.  A recent article said that their reserves went from 65 billion to 110 billion, so they could add value to it today.  They are trying to put steps in place so their wealth doesn't leave their country.  The key for us is timing.  There is a 2 year process for them to get  the dinar to a buck and from a buck they will go back to their original rate of $3.22.

1-14-2013  Newshound/Intel Guru BGG   Quite some time ago Dr Shabibi as much as told us what it would take – politically. These conditions have not been met. So we wait. I am beginning to think these might not have been Dr. Shabibi’s requirements but someone farther up the food chain…IMF, UN, etc, etc…which is not to say “it is out of Iraq’s hands”. It is not. All they would have had to do is meet the conditions. Ultimately – it is completely in their hands.   I am very encouraged by the news and public trends. For all to see. Once there is a deal done with Maliki or they move directly against him – then we are headed the right direction. This could show very soon…and possibly is already done (as in – agreed to).

Foreign Relations Committee: Iraq close to transferring from CH VII to CH VI with United Nations, 14 jan

Foreign Relations Committee: Iraq close to transferring from CH VII to CH VI with United Nations

Near transfer Iraq from Chapter VII-VI
14/01/2013 12:00 am
Foreign parliament: we seek to emerge from all the chapters of the Charter of the United Nations after the fulfillment of all obligations
revealed the Foreign Relations Committee parliamentary close out of Iraq from Chapter VII-VI of the UN Charter, stressing the need to get out of all classes after fulfilling the country all its obligations.
The committee member Imad John Yako in a statement the “Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network,” that “what we aspire is to remove Iraq from all chapters of the UN Charter and returning to normal to before the year 1991,” calling to speed up the drive Iraq out of Chapter Seventh and get rid of the international obligations all.
also announced Yako for guiding the United Nations to remove Iraq from Chapter VII down to Chapter VI, considering it “a positive step and important ease what burden on Iraq files.”
said committee member “What exists in reality is that the international community is dealing with the files and the rest of them and cases brought against Iraq by Kuwait and others. “
The U.S. ambassador to Iraq, Stephen Beecroft said in an interview earlier to him: “The United States worked very hard behind the scenes with Iraq and Kuwait for the settlement in the the differences between them, “noting that” our office at the United Nations is working to end the requirements of Chapter VII. “
For its part, said Committee member Rep. Nada Jubouri told the “Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network”: that “Iraq has fulfilled all its international obligations,” noting that “the reasons that put Iraq under Chapter VII may still.”
said Jubouri that “as stipulated in the strategic framework agreement that return Iraq to the periphery, and to be strong and neutral at the level of the international community”, criticizing at the same time transfer penalties to Chapter VI .
(See Strategic Framework Agreement LINK)
and followed Committee member: “Iraq has passed the era of unfair started from economic sanctions to end and put it under Chapter VII also passes through the last ten years conflicts different are all affected in the development of Iraq to the international community outside, in addition to the survival of Iraq shackled political conflicts and disputes ongoing and whenever there is a weft internal and political stability whenever reflected on Iraq’s foreign policy and take it round the actual correct, “adding that” there are no reasons for the survival of Iraq under Chapter VII, especially given that the country has met its international obligations to the international community and said freedom from all possessions of debt and others.
saw Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations in recent progress in relation to resolve the outstanding problems, as the parties agreed during the visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki last of Kuwait in March 2012, to end the issue of compensation for airline Kuwaiti and maintenance of border markers, as was agreed on the basis of and common frameworks to solve all the files within short time scales, with Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, who accompanied Maliki on the trip to what has been agreed upon is significant progress in relation to the exit of Iraq from Chapter VII.

THEY ARE OUT DELIVERING PP TODAY, 14 JAN

[TERRYK] GUESS WHAT
[TERRYK] Hmmmm……he even surprised the press…….. Obama to discuss fiscal issues at news conference Related Topics • Politics » WASHINGTON | Mon Jan 14, 2013 10:07am EST (Reuters) - President Barack Obama scheduled a surprise news conference for 11:15 a.m. EST (1615 GMT) on Monday to press his case for raising the U.S. borrowing limit. Obama is expected to focus on looming budget and borrowing due dates, White House officials said. "He'll use it to discuss a number of issues including some of the upcoming fiscal deadlines like the debt ceiling," a senior White House official said. Obama's last full-scale news conference was on November 14, shortly after he won re-election. He took questions from the media last week after a meeting with Afghan President Hamid Karzai. Fresh off negotiating a resolution to the so-called fiscal cliff, new political confrontations loom over budget and borrowing. The United States is due to bump up against its borrowing ceiling in mid-February. Republicans have said they will insist on spending cuts in exchange for raising the debt limit, but the president has declined to negotiate over the increase. In addition to the debt ceiling, Washington faces tough deadlines around the end of next month over harsh across-the-board spending cuts that would kick in unless Congress acts and the end of a stopgap government spending bill. Economics Part 2: Learning How to Compare

Breitling Report: Monday 1/14/2013

AREN'T YOU EXCITED?, 14 JAN

Dinar Boy :The UN is getting ready to make a formal announcement in regards to removing Iraq from Chapter 7. My uncle is a supervisor for Wells Fargo and I got a call from him today, which I don't ask him any questions in regards to the dinar as I have had to start living a normal life again, however, he asked if I have read about the exit of Chapter 7 for Iraq. I said no, I try not to read up on this anymore, and he stated that I might want to read up on it so I did.

He also asked if I have been looking into purchasing a home yet and of course I stated I'm not financially secure enough to purchase a home in this economy. He said well, you may want to start looking. I just laughed and then he asked if my dinar was still in a lock box At the bank or if it was in my possession. I just said in my lock box, as I was actually watching "The Hurt Locker" that I just bought from Walmart for $5.00 on bluray! Lol. He then told me to come by the bank tomorrow, that he has a few ideas on what I can do with my money.

I just said ok I'll see you tomorrow. Then we hung up, not thinking clearly. Then he texted me a few minutes ago and asked,"aren't you excited" I said about what!? He said just sleep on my question and come and see me tomorrow. Now reading this , something must be going on. Because on Iraqi Buisness, there's a post stating that the UN has Had a meeting and has consider to move Iraq from Chapter 7. Does he mean something's happening by asking me aren't you excited? Is it possible this is really happening?
