Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

Today I awoke to just the nicest day we could have in the mountains of Bavaria. The sun is shining and the air is warm and smells of the clean waters and sent of the trees.

Summer tourists have arrived and business is picking up. As you know there is always that spring lull when the snows disappear, ski season ends and then the wait for warmer weather.

Today I climbed to my favorite overlook of the village below. Here I now sit writing this newsletter to you. Maybe its just the feel and beauty of the day but I do also sense revived hope for Iraq. In everything we are witnessing and being told by Iraqi news, there will some sudden announcements as EID ends. EID ends mid week June 20th.

Are you ready for the Newsletter today? It is once again VERY long, but today extra long. There is soooo much news it is hard to report on it all. No, I am not talking about other currencies, only the Iraq dinar and the events that will get us to the bank. So, you might want to print it off FaceBook and go sit down with a nice cup of hot coffee, relax and let it all sink in you head. I guarantee you will feel VERY good after reading the Newsletter today.

So many keep asking me - What the holding up the RV? Or Why are the stalling again?

To answer these questions we must once again go back to the basics of just what the hell in going on in the interaction between the CBI and the IMF.

No! There is absolutely no secret group of NESARA or GESARA that is holding up the RV trying to first round up the bad guys, pedophiles or some other restructuring of society. I have told you all many times this is all just total bullshit and nonsense. So what it the reason(s) then?

I want to put FACTS as to why the RV has been stalled in the past and to connect other FACTS as to why I still persist that mid-July is very good timeframe to maybe see the CBI moving ahead again on the project to delete the zeros. Yes, I do believe it is coming. Let’s just keep our fingers (and toes) crossed that nothing else comes up to interfere.

First, let me say the last Article IV consultation with the IMF was competed in August 2017. At this time the CBI got high marks from the consultation session noted on everything except that the CBI did not perform well when it came to maintaining the MCP rules for Article 8. If they are to someday move to Article 8 they will have to be able to control their currency. So, this was a task they have been trying to abide by since late 2012. We know Dr Shabibi, the former chairman of the CBI, was able to keep the rate in check for about a 18 month duration. This is why he planned to reinstate the currency and move into Article 8 even way back on early 2013. But the raid on the CBI by Nori al-Maliki made it impossible for the IMF to follow through on this proposal.

Second, we know that since 2013, the CBI did not perform very well in the ability to hold their rate steady according to the MCP rules of Article 8. No, they are not yet under Article 8 (as many gurus tell you), but they can’t get there either unless they can manage their currency according to IMF rules. No, a waiver has not been granted, as some of these idiot gurus also are telling you. So, they come real close earlier this year in accomplishing this task but in early March 2018 they did not adjust their CBI rate to overcome a variance so they failed again. But then they moved forward once again and they finally since completed a full 90 day period without any violations. This period just expired on June 15th, Friday. Hurray! This is also part of why they adjusted their rate to 1190 suddenly. Do you remember this? Did you connect the dots as to why they had to make this rate change, even though it seemed to us step in the wrong direction? It was done to overcome a possible +2% variance on the market vs the CBI/IMF rate. It was done to comply with the Article 8 rules. The IMF needs to know they can react to the market and manage the currency. They will need to do this when they go live internationally on all these trading platforms.

Third, we know that once the CBI gets a full 90 day successful compliance in this monitoring program, they will NOT want to wait too long to apply to the IMF to move into Article 8, as there is a possibility that the rate could vary again and they would have to begin the 90 monitoring all over again. This could take months more.

Forth, so we do have some political instability now with the elections. I assure you even if they did reinstate the currency prior to the elections it would not have made a bit of difference in the turmoil of the election fraud and manipulation. In fact, reinstating the currency on FOREX during this period of instability could have even crashed the currency since who would want to invest in this currency with all this turmoil going on. Bad timing…remember Iraq does not exactly have a good reputation when it comes to stability. So, I don’t care what idiot guru is telling you (or alluding to) that all this turmoil is now resulting from the elections and is caused by not reinstating the currency prior to the elections. Stupid and ridiculous thinking! This is once again more of this warped guru thinking. So who does this make sense to? This is a perfect example how we all get messed up in our thinking and anticipate an RV even though there is not a chance in hell it could happen.

Fifth, the CBI did tell us the “project to delete the zeros” is ready to move to the next stage. What does this mean? It means moving and operating under Article 8 of the UN Charter for member nations thus the reinstatement of launching of the new category notes. But first the CBI told us they needed to handle some FRAUD and MANIPULTION of the currency. Okay, so does this relate then and effect the MCP rules? Of course it does! Why else would the CBI be so concerned about it? Come’on folks connect the dots here …lol…lol… work with me now …lol…lol.. Then we also know there are many of these crooked members of parliament that had immunity and could not be prosecuted prior to getting voted out of office in the last election. Is this why the PM Abadi told us he wanted to wait until AFTER the elections to serve these arrest warrants? Come July 1st what will happen? Oh – so these crooked politicians did get voted out but they do not want to release the final validation of the results because they know what is coming next for them. They will try to hang in up to July 1st. They create this turmoil. They bomb Sadr City (coincidental it was SADR City?). Then they set fire to the votes hoping to burn them up forcing a long-term re-voting process and maybe going past July 1st into a “provisional govt”. OH – they would luv that! These are the same politicians who manipulate the currency auctions with their FAKE banks. These are part of the Maliki gang.

Sixth, is the CBI then waiting for the elections to be over and get a new PM announced to get this needed political stability and see the crack down on these crooked politicians? We know this part of the Sadr conditions for any new PM. We know the clock is ticked and a violation of the Article 8 MCP rule again is doom and gloom for the project to delete the zeros. It will stall it again.

Results of my last FaceBook Page poll-

When will they get this election drama over?
47% said Stalled until Sept
53% said By July 1st

Seems we are about at a tie on this one. Going past July 1st will be very dangerous for Iraq especially if the have to go to a “provisional” govt. In the midst of trying to get investors to buy into their 5 year re-development plan, I would place my money on July 1st. It will not look very good if they can’t even get their government formed in a timely manner. Remember they are NOT yet late. They still have until July 1st . when the current govt expires. So relax and see that right now we still have about two weeks remaining. We expect some good news shortly… All I see left is to iron out some specifics with Kurdistan Region on conditions to join the Sadr alliance and then watch Nori al-Maliki so he doesn’t try anymore bullshit. I am hearing now (in the moment) that Sadr has rejected him in the coalition after talking to him. He wants conditions of a new govt position in the new govt and Sadr can not and will not promise that. But this could all change so hang in and let’s see how it all plays out.

So, if I were you I would not count on anything substantial to come out of the CBI until at least after July 1st sometime. If Abadi gets back in for a second term we may see the project to delete the zeros started up again to the final stages sooner than later. If someone else is selected, we just might have to wait it out the full 90 days and it might be later rather than sooner.

Less than a week ago, al-Sadr signed an agreement with the National Wisdom Movement led by Ammar al-Hakim, and with the nationalist coalition led by Iyad Allawi, a secularist movement whose list includes Sunni figures.

Maliki stressed that "with any serious step produces a solution to a serious crisis facing Iraq, and that the response to this call or other is conditional on the mechanisms and axes to be discussed during the meeting, as well as the treatments that will come out of the meeting."

He considered that "any invitation or meeting lacking solutions to the crisis facing the political process is not only to be a propaganda declaration for a political festival or festival," expressing the hope that "the invitation will be attended by all forces and that everyone committed to work hard to reach serious solutions to the country on more than one level. "

"Iraq has the potential to be a center of stability and prosperity in the Middle East and a partner for the United States," David Satterfield said.

Pointing out that "Iraq can play a significant role in efforts to counter the malicious activities of Tehran and the fight against the organization calling for the terrorist," as he put it.

"The Iranian regime is a threat to international security," he said, calling on Washington's allies to move on its side to address it.

(Mnt Goat – this article plainly states again, the US stand on Iran and how they want Iraq to take a firm stand against Iranian intervention in the country)

Nationalist cleric Moqtada Al Sadr and Iran-backed militia leader Hadi Al Amiri have found common ground in excluding the former leader

Iraqi Vice President and former Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki shows his ink-stained finger after casting his vote at a polling station during the parliamentary election in Baghdad, Iraq May 12, 2018. Ahmed Jadallah / Reuters

There is no place for former Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki in the coalition to form Iraq's next government, a spokesman for the recent election's largest political bloc has said.

“Nouri Al Maliki is not welcome to join the coalition,” Dhiaa Al Assadi, a close aide to Shiite Cleric Moqtada Al Sadr, told The National.

Last month's parliamentary elections saw electoral lists led by nationalist Mr Al Sadr and Iranian-backed militia chief Hadi Al Amiri win the largest number of seats. The two leaders announced their intention to form an alliance of their political blocs on Wednesday.

They called on other political groups to join them in a coalition. NOTABLY ABSENT FROM THAT INVITATION WAS MR AL MALIKI. It appears a decisive set back for Mr Al Maliki, who in the past managed to cling to power despite rising unpopularity.
Mr Al Maliki took power in 2006 WITH THE BLESSING OF BOTH THE UNITED STATES AND IRAN. But he rapidly alienated the country's Sunni and Kurdish minorities by shutting them out of key security positions and undermining power-sharing agreements.

During the 2010 elections, a secular bloc headed by vice president Ayad Allawi won the most seats in parliament. But Tehran backed Mr Al Maliki to remain in power, WHO WAS ABLE TO FORM A "NATIONAL UNITY" GOVERNMENT WITH THE HELP OF MR AL SADR.

Mr Al Maliki was finally forced to step down in 2014 following the collapse of a third of Iraq's military and police units in the face of an ISIS offensive which overran a third of the country. He immediately assumed the largely ceremonial role for vice president. He was replaced as premier by fellow Dawa Party member Haider Al Abadi.

As general secretary of the Dawa party, Mr Maliki has retained political influence, though his State of Law coalition performed below expectations in the recent elections, winning just 26 seats. The blocs controlled by Mr Al Sadr and Mr Amiri control 101 seats, short of the 165 required to form a majority.
Mr Al Sadr's Sairoun alliance, which also includes the Communist Party and secular candidates, won 54 seats, while Mr Amiri's Fatah coalition of Shiite paramilitaries won 47 seats.

Incumbent Prime Minister Abadi's Victory alliance took 42 seats.
"His Eminence [Mr Al Sadr] has always welcomed Dr Al Abadi to join his coalition," Mr Al Assadi said.

Even his former backers in Tehran may have given up on him. “Nouri Al Maliki was Iran’s best person but they accept that he’s not part of the next government because of the instability caused” during his time in power, Renad Mansour, senior research fellow at London’s Chatham House, told The National.

“Al Sadr’s stance has been to side-line Nouri Al Maliki," he added.
Mr Al Sadr's strong election performance marked the culmination of years of speaking out against corruption and government mismanagement.

He first built his name outside of mainstream politics, as the head of the Mehdi Army militia which fought against the US occupation using sophisticated bombs likely supplied by the Iranians. But he has remained a staunch nationalist, critical of Iranian interference in Iraq. For his proposed coalition to succeed, Mr Al Sadr will need to overcome grievances from members of his own bloc who insist Tehran should not be permitted to interfere in Iraq's affairs.

Iran backs Mr Al Amiri, a militia leader who spent two decades fighting former dictator Saddam Hussein from Iran. He is also close to General Qassem Soleimani, commander of foreign operations for Iran's Revolutionary Guards who has great influence in Iraq.

(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The head of the National Alliance, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, announced a road map to resolve the crisis of violations in the electoral process and challenge their results.

Mr. Ammar al-Hakim said in his speech Eid al-Fitr sermon "the parliamentary elections took place on time and such an obligation of the Iraqi people and his government and parliament and political forces."

"The low participation rate and the nature of the winners expressed the message of democratic anger, which was sent by our people clearly, whether from the boycotter of the elections or those who participated and voted for the new faces, everyone expressed his anger and resentment of the existing political reality. Trust between the street and the political class. "

Mr. Ammar al-Hakim added that "the meaning of democracy is to express the opinion of the people, who may support political parties in an electoral cycle and support others in a later session. The candidate should not lose this confidence as much as he is responsible for keeping it by committing to his promises and slogans. Frustration and refraction as much as a review of himself and his political entity and behavior and deal with people and correct his mistakes and prepare to present himself in a satisfactory manner in the next session.

"We have to unite together and preserve our country and see you the pros and invest the victories and look to the future and we stand at our responsibility to build the nation on a sound and convincing basis for our people and our public."

He noted that "the electoral process has been marred by many appeals, problems and accusations. Politicians have been divided between supporters of the electoral process and their results, and a skeptic is asking for a serious pause and comprehensive review until some people demand the cancellation of the elections."

"The House of Representatives met with an extraordinary session open to some of its members (most of them who did not win the elections)," said Ammar al-Hakim. He also made a third amendment to the electoral law. The crisis contributed to the complexity. "

He pointed out that "the judicial institution has also been involved in the electoral process and removed it from its supervisory role to an executive role, which risks jeopardizing its independence and who will resort if the government becomes an adversary and party to the current conflict?"

He warned the president of the National Alliance "that this step may be lost on us the confidence of the people and political forces in the judicial institution and shake credibility without regaining confidence in the electoral process, the loss will be doubled," calling "everyone to realize that there is no sense to win and electoral loss in the event of loss of the country and the collapse of the political system and go To the constitutional vacuum and enter the dark tunnel, and we all bear the winners and the winners of the responsibility to protect democracy and the country in these sensitive circumstances. "

"There are those who try to hang democracy with a rope of forgery at times, and political fires and electricity demand at other times !!"

"To get out of the current crisis, I call on the Federal Court to consider quickly the sound legal challenges presented to it on the third amendment to the electoral law and to issue its verdict in order to restore things to their normal legal contexts," said Mr. Hakim.

He added, "so that the judiciary can audit more than {1800} appeal submitted to them and to order the verification and matching of not less than 10% of the votes within the funds contested across the country and if it is proved that the difference between the declared results and the paper reconciliation exceeds 25% And the right to choose is no less important than the honor of defending the land and the supply and confronting the enemies. "

He called on "the judiciary to review the appeals submitted to some of the conditional voting funds and voting abroad and the movement of population and the abolition of these funds to the assessment of proven rigor, and the judiciary is the task of prosecuting all persons and political forces and government officials who prove their involvement in counterfeiting and manipulation of electronic counting and counting and restore confidence in the process Election ".

Mr. Ammar al-Hakim explained that "these three steps, namely, the abolition of the legal amendment by the Federal Court, the matching of 10% of the votes by activating the appeals from the judiciary, and the accountability of those who are incompetent and involved in targeting the integrity of the elections, The winners and the general public of the credibility of the electoral process and its results and move forward towards the convening of the Council of Representatives and the formation of the government within the constitutional ceiling approved.

He stressed that "political negotiation and the formation of the government can not take place in the atmosphere of mistrust or political revenge or the tendency to achieve personal gains and partisan, national and sectarian, but is in the atmosphere of mutual trust and political understanding and to give priority to the public interest on other interests."

He pointed out that "there have been many meetings and consultations between the political parties concerned with the formation of the government during the last period, and I think that everyone has taken enough time to express his views and views on the political scene of the general, and everyone is well aware of the suffering of Iraq and its people, Accompanied the formation of the political process since 2003, there is no crisis diagnosis, as much as a crisis of will and treatment.

"Everyone is hearing and watching daily the suffering and suffering of our people in electricity, water, medicine, youth unemployment, lack of job opportunities and a decent life. They also know the excesses of others towards the sovereignty, security and stability of Iraq," he said.

Mr. Ammar al-Hakim said:
"We still believe that the national majority represents a realistic and acceptable solution to some of the problems of the political system and it is wrong to return to the old equation and expect to get better results." The sectarian and nationalist alignments can not produce a national government that meets the aspirations of our people. .

"We also have to choose a ministerial cabin of specialized technocrats (independent or political) capable of meeting the needs of citizens and pushing the country forward and progressing," he said.

He stressed that "in the light of a national majority, it is possible to form a majority bloc and institutionalize it and to develop [leadership], political, and general bodies within the majority bloc, which will be able to strengthen the partnership in the decision between the participating forces in the government, study the challenges and agree on clear solutions and solutions to address problems and crises. Internal and external support of the government in the reform of the economy and the provision of services and the fight against corruption and strengthen security and reconstruction of cities and the return of displaced people and provide housing and employment and other basic functions.

"You are the future and the support of this wounded country. Do not limit yourself to diligence, perseverance and excellence in all areas of life. We are well aware of the suffering you face as you grow up in the spring of your life," said Ammar al-Hakim. "He said.

He said: "I promise God that I will be your help and support, as long as you help and support your country and your people, and will not shorten your dreams and achieve a dignified life worthy of you with his permission," warning them "to rely on the war of distortion and rumors that continue to disrupt our society and its noble and noble values , The seriousness of distortion and falsification of facts is no less serious than methods of killing and booby-trapped, both terrorism and multiple methods.

Mr. Ammar al-Hakim also addressed the "organizations and the masses of the national wisdom stream in all of our beloved country, you are the bond, the family and the clan, and you will remain the pillar and adopted after God in the service of our people and support our project in defending the oppressed and their rights and reaching that day, And the link between the States, you have always been a role model in loyalty and loyalty in the face of difficulties and challenges, and you are better than representing your people and your stream, and you will stay with his permission Almighty.

He added: "We have started a new phase of comprehensive review of our internal situation on the basis of" review and retreat "and authorized the political and executive offices in the stream of national wisdom to make the necessary adjustments towards further development and preparation for the next phase, commensurate with your real position in taking opportunities and promote this country, A lot of tasks, and the future you with his permission Almighty. "

He called on the leader of the National Wisdom Movement, "Everyone to cooperate and show assistance in the completion of this process of corrective and developmental Tarih as you always, and not to stand on the small things, and the courage and altruism and the tendency to self, the self to the emirate of evil, but the mercy of my Lord."

He concluded his speech by saying "protect God Iraq and its people and youth and the preservation of our great references and the mercy of our martyrs righteous, especially martyrs Sadr and ambassador of the reference and martyr Muharab and Aziz Iraq."

In ending I want everyone to know your constant prayers in the fight against evil (ISIS) in Iraq have worked. God has guided these young men and women on the battle field. Let us all now know that there is a new battle now to fight. A battle to save our homelands from the corrupt politicians who are bent on taking what they want from our current wealth and from future generations without our permission. We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption in Iraq and in the United States. We must pray for our leaders when they are being guided by the Holy Spirit. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the revaluation of the Iraq dinar occurs.

“For the Iraqi Prime Minister and the President of the United States, that all their cabinet members, and deputies may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will and bring the free democracies of the Republic of Iraq and the United States of America to the much-deserved prosperity and abundance thru justice and freedom from oppression and corruption. That they may be a shining example for the rest of the middle east and to rest of the world to follow.

In the name of Jesus Christ our King and Savior, Amen”

Auf Wiedersehen
Much love to ya all,
