IOO as a TEAM of STUDY .......... A made his speech on Iraqia TV in front of the citizens of Iraq .......... We considered it a "STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS".

Because he covered many issues along with announcing they are out of CH7.

ONE specific issue we can not SHARE yet........... Nor were You able to hear it ........... It was not a part of the video.

On MONDAY CC ......... We will SHARE ........... And explain.

IMO ........ We are Blessed to be in the position that we are in with this investment.

My Sincere Aloha \m/

Cole:  You know something KTFA Family, our study has compounded itself, it has been built into golden mountains of information.

Frankie Frankie ever so graciously and faithfully brings us a new angle along with piles of info. Sometimes we look for one flavor when we should really take in the whole bite. It's richer.

Do you give a synopsis of a book cover or what lies beneath? Hmm. Many do not, but some do. The compound study that Frank offers us is thick layered. At a doctorate level of study. Every conference call is in conjunction with another. Loaded. Now we should gain altitude in our study- at least I will...

Hours after the latest successful IMF meeting with Iraq, Abadi announces to the citizens that Iraq has exited Chapter 7. Now what do we do with this?

We look at the last time Abadi made a significant announcement... Mosul... then what???

Bam! Allak comes out with the New CBI website... fast forward... Iraq is no longer technically at war (though there are remaining pockets of resistance I know)....

IMF meeting occurs, A announces Ch 7 lifted... which in turn, puts them on their way to the Art 8 announcement. But wait! Imo the Ball is in ALLAKs court. Now it's his turn to make an announcement.

Can we guess what that is?

Ok world here is our new rate... next thing you know, Abadi will come out and announce art 8 imo... they are ricocheting announcements off of each other. And this is directly a result of the IMF meetings.

All eyes on ALLAK. For his announcement to the world... because imo Abadi already said what he's needed to say... knock it out of the park!!!!

Frank will not take the glory away from Allak even if he sees it "before it's news"... he knows this is their MR, not ours. Imo Frank is treading lightly waiting for Iraq to do the talking... all imo...

World economy after 10 years of financial crisis

Global stock markets recover from collapse

JesusLovesBaseball:  Come on Kuwait you can do it!   I don't think Kuwait is going to hold this thing up much longer. They are invested in Iraq. I'm pretty sure they'd like to see a return on their investment as soon as possible. Most countries would at least.

Also I think the other countries and companies investing in Iraq will add pressure to push Kuwait along to get this taken care of. Most of those companies would probably like to get into Iraq and start building factories and offices.

Abadi knows his citizens need jobs and the Iraqi economy needs to be more diversified and move away from being oil dependent. He probably wants these companies in the LL to move in asap.

The countries that are helping Iraq to rebuild aren't just helping out to be nice. I'm sure they know what is about to occur and they want in lol. All of this is IMO just thoughts from my study

Iraq: Negotiations to resolve the file of compensation

August 12, 2017 in Iraq News

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi revealed on-going negotiations with Kuwait to resolve the file of compensation, which is the last item that hinders the exit of Iraq from Chapter VII of the United Nations.

Abadi said in a press conference that «Iraq to resolve the file of oil for food with the United Nations left nothing to hinder his release from the seventh item, but the Iraqi compensation owed to the State of Kuwait».

He added, «there is now negotiations with Kuwait in this area has been discussed the subject during my recent visit to Kuwait».

He continued «a Kuwaiti delegation came to Iraq for this purpose as there is now an Iraqi delegation to discuss the same subject» and expressed his hope to resolve the file and complete it completely to emerge Iraq from Chapter VII absolutely.

Abadi did not disclose the details of those negotiations and their results, nor did he mention the nature of the delegations currently negotiating them.    LINK

Tommy17:  Squirrel.    Abadi himself "said they where out of chapt 7 in a speech to his people. And the evidence is pretty substantial supporting his announcement

Stranger:  Maybe my thinking is wrong.....BUT....at the end of each war, example WWII....General MacArthur on the USS Missouri known as VJ Day signed the surrender (Potsdam Declaration) and subsequent ending of hostilities.  It was official on Sept. 2, 1945.

Though war ended.....there were many details for that agreement to be carried out that took many years.  In like manner I suspect even though CH7 was officially removed as given by DELTA in the recent video he presented for our understanding, there are details (BURDENS) that will take time to implement.

HOWEVER.....IRAQ IS OFFICIALLY OUT OF CH7..... imo...they have completed what was necessary to be official. imo .....now they must carry out these BURDENS........but...they are free to move as a nation who has attained CH7.
