Bruce Dingleberry Call Notes, 17 MAY

Iraq:
There was an announcement Sunday morning, I believe. Abadi welcomed countries from around the world to Iraq for business. In other words, they are ready with a rate, new currency, with a financial system that works all over the country. New cable has been installed, fiber optics, satellite link up, etc. Testing went through well. They are preparing for celebrations including decorating cars. They are expecting company soon! They are ready for business.

Other:
Rates continue to go up.

I'm excited because Iraq is ready. They made an announcement that could serve as the announcement we were looking for.
Funds have been released, major, major tranches over the last few months.

Tier one is complete, tier two is complete, tier three was transacting at Sunday morning and was at a high percentage of completion this afternoon. It should finish tonight.

I understand there is no real break in the action between tier three and four so we are on the cusp of receiving a notification.

I've been alerted to be prepared to receive the toll free number.

That makes it different from anything we've heard so far.

Are we in a new window, yes.

In most cases there is a partial amount of liquidity available and the vast majority of funds are in a pending status in the bank. A lot of these pending accounts are going to change over probably at about the time the toll free number is released. I'm guessing it will be part of our shotgun start.

Things have completed out West that we were waiting for. We are hearing it from every angle. What's happened already that we were waiting for, we got several confirmation that things are moving forward according to a plan. Even though there was a slight glitch last night, it is corrected and back online. Some people who were waiting for access to their funds may receive it tonight. I'm very excited.
Thats about as far as I can go….

They've started exchanging in Australia, New Zealand, parts of Europe, parted of the Middle East and parts of Asia.
