Fireball92: LoL... I see a few who seem to misunderstand the Budget... FYI Iraq has Not had an actual budget passed since I've been around.... Been using the USA 'patch it' method.... Part of the excitement ...IMO ... To be fully Art 8, and receive 2nd installment of loan funds IMF requires a published budget.... which also requires a currency with a reality rate
Jose: never heard Tony explain the budget that way. he always stated you cant have a budget without a rate. never heard patch work usa
