TNT Call notes 2-May-2016

RayRen:  [TNT Rap] [audio checks]  We are ready for this RV!
Good afternoon, TNT super-fantastic family!  Welcome to Marvelous Monday, May 2, 2016.  This is RayRen98 here, and we’re going to sift through the info, however limited, to try to assess where we are, where we may be, and where we may wind up.
Some things happened over the weekend in Iraq, over in the Green Zone.  Members and articles reported things happening on the street.  They stormed the Green Zone, trying to get Maliki.  That is a large area, so you might not be in the area of highest security.  From the reports we go, they went into the Parliament area, once they realized that the US marines were not going to get in the way.  Nobody died, but they wanted to beat up someone, especially crooked politicians.  They were heading for the hills!  That made for an interesting weekend over in Iraq, especially with the protestors storming Parliament, mainly because the legislators failed to turn up for a vote there. “The cowards ran away”, meaning the MPs ran off. The statement was “reform or we will destroy the government.”  They were mad that the government had not done it’s job.
The PM was at the Presidential Palace in the Green Zone to have the ‘three presidents’ meeting and handle the issues in their country.  That was on Sunday.  The banks over there are supposedly 100% compliant with everything that needs to be in place for the currency to go international.  I didn’t know there was an issue at the banks, but now they are 100% compliant, so the international currency can flow.  I guess we just wait for the rate change.
In the US, banks were excited on Saturday, and intended to do some exchanges, but the system wouldn’t let them and they did not exchange anyone. They were adamant that on Monday this would go down.  It’s 1pm EST now, and the banks have been extremely quiet.  It could be they are in the midst of private exchanges and don’t have time to talk to us, or maybe there are other issues. My understanding is that they are just perplexed as to why they aren’t already doing this.  Some of them said to me that they are adamant about today, Monday, “and you can take that to the bank!”  So we are waiting.
Q:  Ray, you have said you talk to ‘boots on the ground in Iraq’, the citizens there.  What is more important to the citizens, which is more important?  Clearing out corrupt officials or the international currency?  A:  It would seem to me that dealing with corrupt officials is more important, because the other will come through automatically.  They are not speaking of the rates over there, not for a couple of weeks.  We don’t have the flexibility to call in and check;  we have to wait for them to call us.
Q:  Is the International currency status more sought by the citizens or the CBI?  A:  I would say the CBI;  the average citizen either does believe it or doesn’t see the significance.
Q:  If you are single, what is the best way to keep my money protected and safe?  A:  The best thing is to create an entity, so that you don’t own it but you do control it.  I would position myself to stop owning it, and use trusts, LLCs and such to keep it safe.
Q:  Have you heard anything from the mosques?  A:  No, I haven’t heard anything.
Q:  I heard exchanges were to go on London last night – have you heard anything similar to that?  A:  No, I have not, and if they are private exchanges, we probably won’t hear whatever you heard.  If they are approaching being in public, we would probably all have heard about that by now.
Q:  I have three statements:  the IMF director said that they want to bring Iraq back into international economy in the first half of 2016;  on the IMF site…?  You say that the banks are on high alert.   How possible do you think it is we will see this before the end of this week?  A:  Ten out of ten.
Q:  We have no Wells Fargo banks here… A:  WF is the lead bank, and they have to accept you if no other bank will.  But they are not the only bank in the world.  Call the banks in your area, and ask if they deal with foreign currencies.  If they do, and when this goes live, they will exchange these currencies. Also ask if they verify on site.  Then sit back and wait until this goes international, and then you don’t have to go to WF, but go to the bank you prefer in your area.  Or even before then, you might want to go into that bank and meet their wealth managers, to develop a relationship.  They need to know you exist and that you have something of considerable value.  Work with the banks in your area – you might get a better deal.  Don’t worry about WF;  if you want WF, find one even if it’s in another state.
Q:  Do you know anyone personally who has exchanged?  A:  Yes.
406 caller:  Are we getting anywhere or not?
RayRen:  Sure, the progress over the weekend tells me we are getting somewhere.  The very fact that Iraq banks are now compliant is a good sign.  We’ve always said this is not up to us, it’s up to Iraqi citizens, and over the weekend they stormed the Parliament and some of the crooks ran away.  They were speaking, and now they are acting.  Once you get the corrupt politicians out of the way, the currency will fall into place.  The people are speaking!816
Caller:  Do you still see the dong and dinar coming out at the same time?
RayRen:  Yes, they should all come out together.
816 caller:  I was on a call this weekend to see what people were saying. Something really made me listen, and they said that it came from your OM:  that one currency is coming out at over $10.  Is that true?
RayRen:  OM is not an intel call like this one.  OM is a community where we all just hang out and analyze what comes down the pike.  Is it logical?  Is it far-fetched?  A member came on and said there was a connection who exchanged, and he gave those rates, not me.  When I was talking to members at the weekend, I repeated what was brought in to OM, not what I had said or confirmed myself.  That high rate for zim would fantastic, but that might have been a private exchange, in Europe.
Caller:  You said something like “10 out of 10” for the end of April, but we’re now in May.
RayRen:  The question is whether we could see this before “this week’s end”, and I said 10 to that.
Caller:  Let’s keep  fingers crossed that it’s this week – and if zim comes out at $11, that would be extra great.  I just wanted to check if that came from you, Ray.
757 caller:  I’m a first-time caller, and I’ve had currency over ten years.  I have a hundred trillion zim note.  Is that a collector’s item?
RayRen:  It may have been sold as that, but we’ll see what happens in the future, which is tomorrow. It was sold as that due to no value at the time, but will have value soon for us. Some people have exchanged their currency and they received a good rate.  You hold onto that note until there is some reason not to hold onto it.
Caller:  [Appreciation]  I would be lost without you and Tony!
361 caller:  I spent some time in Iraq, and I bought money from the CBI;  they didn’t give us any receipts.  Would my passport be sufficient evidence that this was long-term?
RayRen:  I think so;  I would go with that.  That would be your documentation.
313 caller:  I don’t have questions. I believe this is happening in the very near future.
856 caller:  I know you say that these will all come out at the same time.  I have heard they are trying to get the zim out first, but I thought nothing would come out before the dinar. Is there a zim expiration date?
RayRen:  They need to do it all at the same time, otherwise there will be chaos.  No zim expiration date that I know of.
602 caller:  I have a few small questions…
RayRen:  Before you start, did you know that I will be in Arizona?  We’re planning a meet-and-greet for Friday the 13th, in Phoenix.
Caller:  Last Friday you talked about the IMF meeting – have you heard anything?  Also, talking about maliki, I thought he was out of there, but it sounds like M took off running. Is he out of the picture?
RayRen:  Apparently, M is not out of the picture because they were looking for him, maybe for past transgression. They said he was hiding.  I don’t know his role now, but his critics are looking for him.  His allies are still voting against what Abadi wants.
Caller:  Will Tony be home for the meeting in Vegas?
RayRen:  I don’t know.  Some places in Vegas are booked up months in advance.
Caller:  I like you are feeling a 10 for the possibility of it being by the end of the week. But the pictures from Iraq – it looks like a cyclone hit that place.
423 caller:  You said that 10 pretty quickly.  Is there something you know that we don’t, something saying it has to happen this week?
RayRen:  Banks are scratching their heads, expecting people on Saturday, and now they are saying “Monday is a done deal”. Someone is giving them information that leads to that conclusion. I cannot believe someone is setting up the banks for the fun of it.  And the citizens in Iraq are breaking into Parliament, to get rid of the crooked ones.  I guess they think Abadi isn’t doing it quick enough.  Sooner or later, there has to be control;  within a week or two, that has to get back in line once you get rid of corrupt government.  The civil unrest happening now, I don’t see that as lasting six months or more.  The banks here were planning to exchange some people;  it just didn’t materialize with the authoriza-tion required. We do get the impression that the internet people will go before the public.  Iraq has two releases – private and public.  We are waiting for the public release.  I didn’t get the impression they were ready to do that until this morning. \
Caller:  Frank said that banks would be closed this week, and they will open up after everything is in place.
RayRen:  Banks were open because people went in wanting to get money.  The information is sometimes crisscrossed and even contradictory.
Caller:  I’m just so ready – and the Iraqis are as well!  Hope this is our celebration week!
818 caller:  I saw something on the dong – the new 100 dong notes are going for a good rate on ebay.
RayRen:  I did see something on Friday or Saturday, but didn’t take much notice.  With rial there are sanctions to keep it out of the US.  The dealers change prices dramatically because of lack of product.
Caller:  Bundles were going for $7-800, and single notes for 4-5 cents each.
RayRen:  that is the price of the notes, not the actual true value by it.  The rial was going for $599 for ten million rial, and now that site is selling it for $5,000.  The currency didn’t change in value, but the seller is putting up the price.
716 caller:  I was enquiring about the dong as well – latest rates?  I haven’t heard anything for a couple of weeks.
RayRen:  I haven’t heard any new rates.  It will anywhere between 47 cents up to a couple of dollars.
Caller:  [Appreciation]  Vegas, Vegas, Vegas!
RayRen:  The bottom is about to fall out of Iraq, so we are waiting to hear from the three presidencies meeting.  Banks over there are now 100% compliant.  US banks are scratching their heads because they expected to exchange people on Saturday and then on Monday. They may be in they midst of exchanging private people, or maybe not.  We’ll just have to wait and find out.  In the meantime, all we can do is hold on and hold out.  All we can do is hold on, keep the faith and believe!
