4-18-2016   Newshound Guru wmawhite    The IMF...told the world that they expect Iraq to enter the world economy market during the 1st half of 2016. ...the IMF made those statements back in November 2015 for a reason...and they followed up those statements with the Technical Letter of Intent, signed by the IMF, CBI and MoF.   Also, we have seen week after week of progress by the CBI even while the circus events were happening in parliament. This could happen within the next couple of weeks, or months. Either way though, it will happen.

4-18-2016   Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat   Article:  "The Next Parliamentary Session?"   Quote:  "Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri announced the postponement to Monday of the next parliamentary session that was scheduled for Saturday..."  Many of you are...wondering how Jubouri can be making as these recent statements in the news if he has been dismissed as speaker of the house.  I can assure you once again that the house speaker and leader Jubouri has not been dismissed. The rumor began simply resulting from a “mock” parliamentary session held on Wednesday by those MPs conducting the sit-in inside the parliament building. It was not a legal session and only the speaker of the house can schedule a session of parliament.

Article:  "IRAQ GOVERNMENT COLLAPSE LIKELY AS A RUMP PARLIAMENT CALLS FOR RESIGNATIONS"  Abadi sometimes too strongly walks the line of being diplomatic, he's going to have to emit more protection for his post and stronger insistence for the reshuffle without appearing a dictator...however, to date, i have not witnessed any behavior from him indicating he sees himself as a dictator...the next week will be very intense i think.

4-18-2016   Newshound Guru wmawhite   [...I...recieved an email from First Liberty National, its where I bought my dinar, The gal I delt with stated as good news was the DINAR is now listed here in the US as a currency, which is a change is it not?]  Yes, it is...and I had been told by another investor a couple of months ago that his investment adviser had witnessed some changes within the investment side of Chase Bank. But, concerning your information, yes. Continued good news that is in-keeping with what we are seeing.

4-18-2016   Newshound Guru tlar   Article quote:  "...called economic academic Dr. Majid Baidhani private banks to cooperate and coordinate with the central bank to curb the appreciation of the dollar exchange rate in the Iraqi market..."   The dollar going up against the dinar is just a knee jerk reaction to the political crisis that has been going on.  It is a temporary situation driven by fear.  Its kind of like gold going up in the world whenever there is a crisis.  In Iraq, citizens flee to gold or a stable currency and thats the dollar.  The increase will go away as soon as the government crisis has been delt with.  When the new government is seated, Iraqi citizens will view the situation as stablized and the dollar will go back down.

4-18-2016   Newshound Guru Backdoc   Article:  "Completion of registration on central bank loans form and launch a presentation by the end of AprilONE WOULD CERTAINLY EXPECT ARTICLE 8 AND A RATE BY THE END OF THE MONTH IF THESE LOANS ARE TO BE ACTIVE!   ...JUST A...OPINION NO DATE OR RATE!

4-18-2016   Newshound Guru  wmawhite   [...I BELIEVE MY OWN OPINION THEY WILL DO IT BEFORE THEIR RAMADAN WHICH WILL GIVE THEM A NICE CELEBRATION JUST LIKE WHEN IRAQ GOT RELEASED FROM CHAPTER 7 FEW YEARS BACK.]   Ramadan is celebrated inside of Iraq, as with all Muslin countries. A change in the value of the IQD takes place outside of Iraq. When that happens the value of the IQD inside of Iraq is still 1 IQD = 1 IQD...no change. IMO, Ramadan has nothing to do with the eventual change in the IQD.

4-18-2016   Newshound Guru mike   Article:  "The World Bank suspended aid to Iraq due to the political crisis"   ... best article for the day. I hope it's enough to force them to move towards reform.
