Ray ~  Several years ago when we first heard of Contract Rates, it had everything to do with the "Contract" that China had with a bank or banks and/or Treasury to purchase IQN
so as to use them for oil credits.  Now it seems that that whole idea has been co-opted to mean that in order for us to take advantage of a higher rate we are required to sign some
sort of a contract with the bank.  Are you able to discuss how we arrived at this point, or is it just "group think" after having heard and repeated the same thing for so long, we
all have just come to believe it?

    Thank you

This is the best question that I have heard in a long time. The contract already seems to be between China and the ust. And an NDA is between the bank and the exchanger.

CONTRACT RATES WOULD BE A PRIVATE CONTRACT BY ITS NATURE, IT REQUIRES A SIGNED AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND USUALLY MAINTAIN DISCRETION AND PRIVACY (NDA) ABOUT ITS TERMS
