bigsammie:  Good idea. Fridays are slow anyway. Not much info, people busy
mac:  This was on KTFA, but it has the link also he decision of the international court of the status of nouri al-Maliki and his staff to the court on charges of genocide collective The decision of the international criminal tribunal for assignment of Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki and his staff to the court on charges of genocide against the collective: The International Criminal Court decided to transfer the Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki and a group of his senior officials to the court on charges of genocide. terryk:  go on explain mac
mac:  I say heck yeah! Formal charges
arizona49:   Urgent urgent urgent now ... now the international court's decision to refer the Nuri al-Maliki and his aides to court on charges of genocide http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=ar&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.alkashf.org%2Fnews.php%3Faction%3Dview%26id%3D4128&sandbox=1
mac:  The Int'l Criminal Courts are formally charging MAliki and others associated with him. Corruption, genocide, imbezzlement etc. This is a public declaration that the ICC is coming after M et al. this means he cannot hide if he runs he will be wanted internationally. THat leaves him Lybia or Afganistan, which are both lovely this time of year, plus all his crew too.
yabba dabba:  goood morning...finally got in......
terryk:  tell them the good news mac
terryk:  hey yabba
yabba dabba:  give us the good news amen
mac:  The Yuan is a forgone conclusion. Who at the IMF do you think hasn't heard that China wants to be a reserve currency? I mean, CL agrees with the staff report, now the directors vote. Anybody think it wont go thru?
yabba dabba:  gold standard here it comes
mac:  Iraq has handed the IMF the reins of how to integrate them into the international markets. Article published yesterday.
mac:  Budget gets read a second time tomorrow.
arizona49:    mac tk if reading goes thru, can they vote same day?
mac:  I think so?
terryk:  yes they can
arizona49:  thank you
mac:  But there was an article that came out over the weekend saying they would vote on the budget mid december. I'm waiting to see what is said from now on to see if this was a fake or there is a reason.
arizona49:  Saw that too, thinking or hoping that was smoke
terryk:  ok Mac regarding that share with the rooms my discussion with u yesterday
terryk:  your thoughts
terryk:  please

mac:  Abadi out manuevered Maliki politically by creating a new bloc out of those that favor his reforms plus all those in the state of law who want to leave club Maliki.
mac:  The new bloc will be called "the state of law AND reform" Catchy huh?
mac:  The bloc will include Sadr, and some other names we have seen play roles in this drama as well. So rather than go head to head with M, Abadi decided to let him keep his position and started a new, bigger bloc. BRILLIANT!!!
mac:  I think the mid dec article is to shake off the hangers on one last time before this thing pops. China will be a reserve currency, budget will get done this month
jannilew:  If my vote counts for anything, I vote for what Mac thinks
mac:  IMF will be the pilot that lands this planes, stops this train, backs up the boat into harbor, etc. Didnt see that coming. but it is a good sign. Means no monkey business from the local monkeys.

arizona49:  Source for "Sky Press:" al-Maliki will meet this evening with leaders of the crowd and the resistance to face the new block Abadi http://translate.google.com/translate?depth=1&hl=en&rurl=translate.google.com&sandbox=0&sl=ar&tl=en&u=http://skypressiq.net/8603-%25D9%2585%25D8%25B5%25D8%25AF%25D8%25B1%2520%25D9%2584%25D9%2580%25D8%25B3%25D9%2583%25D8%25A7%25D9%258A%2520%25D8%25A8%25D8%25B1%25D8%25B3:%2520%25D8%25A7%25D9%2584%25D9%2585%25D8%25A7%25D9%2584%25D9%2583%25D9%258A%2520%25D9%258A%25D8%25AC%25D8%25AA%25D9%2585%25D8%25B9%2520%25D9%2585%25D8%25B3%25D8%25A7%25D8%25A1%2520%25D8%25A7%25D9%2584%25D9%258A%25D9%2588%25D9%2585%2520%25D8%25A8%25D9%2582%25D8%25A7%25D8%25AF%25D8%25A9%2520%25D8%25A7%25D9%2584%25D8%25AD%25D8%25B4%25D8%25AF%2520%25D9%2588%25D8%25A7%25D9%2584%25D9%2585%25D9%2582%25D8%25A7%25D9%2588%25D9%2585%25D8%25A9%2520%25D9%2584%25D9%2585%25D9%2588%25D8%25A7%25D8%25AC%25D9%2587%25D8%25A9%2520%25D9%2583%25D8%25AA%25D9%2584%25D8%25A9%2520%25D8%25A7%25D9%2584%25D8%25B9%25D8%25A8%25D8%25A7%25D8%25AF%25D9%258A%2520%25D8%25A7%25D9%2584%25D8%25AC%25D8%25AF%25D9%258A%25D8%25AF%25D8%25A9.html

The sources said in an interview with "Sky Press," that "al-Abadi agreed with the Supreme Council led by Ammar al-Hakim and the Sadr movement led by Muqtada al-Sadr and the Virtue Party, led by Mohammed al-Yacoubi and Movement, Ibrahim al-Jaafari, the alliance into a single bloc to confront and weaken the State of Law bloc led by al-Maliki." The sources pointed out "the first signs of rifts within the party against the emergence of al-Maliki after joining the party jurist Abdul Halim Zuhairi to Abadi and to convince the majority of the members of the Political Bureau of the support Abadi to topple Maliki, from the presidency of the party."

mac:  Yes, yes, yes. Every way I examine this situation it becomes more evident that with every law accomplished every movement made by China, how the gov't is now demonstrating they want to move forward I am more convinced we will be done very very soon. This is ready to go.

terryk: how ready
terryk: Like any moment big time ready
mac:  I am hesistant to give a date b/c those have been wrong before. Look you don't time a cliffhanger movie from how long it takes to get from the cliffhanger to the resolution, you get swept up in the moment and loose track of time then, conclusion. That's how I feel about where we are.
terryk:  but if u we're guessing man
mac:  Your going to push me aren't you TK?
wushock92:  Hook, line and sinker
terryk:  kinda
mac:  OK, I'll put it this way, based on the tone I hear IMO 1) this wont go till mid DEC, 2) Even tho the yuan will not be offical till 10/2016 China can use the clout now to replace the USD as a transferable currency. 3) Budget will be approved this month. So now to no later than mid DEC is my opinion.

terryk:  there u go
Good probability wont go past EOM
Now TK, please explain why there are 2 miles of tankers waiting to off load only to be loaded onto CHinese tankers. Thats alot of work to move oil from on ship to another. WHats up with the tankers in Galveston?

arizona49:  Something Very Strange Is Taking Place Off The Coast Of Galveston, TX .. 2-mile long line of tankers-full'o'crude heading from Iraq to the US, several weeks after reporting that China has run out of oil storage space http://www.zerohedge.com/...st-galveston

mac:  Does anyone understand the ICC charges are Charge specific and name specific? SO it is now public knowledge who the ICC is going after.
mac:  and for what.
terryk:  i have no clue mac
terryk:  alot of oil
terryk:  maybe some type of payment for war

mac:  ok gotta go stock up for this coming storm, bored teenage boys EAT ALOT!!!!!!!
mac:  ok all mom wants me to push the cart at wal MArt. See you tomorrow. TK call me if anything drops.
mac:  Pray for paris, hug those you love cause that could have been us. Dont let fear win, just keep your eyes open. Be safe.

jannilew:  thanks guys
arizona49:  mac Lots of prayers going up for the families of those killed and injured and the French citizens as a whole..... Thanks Mac for coming in

terryk:  but thanks
terryk:  im going stay on a bit
terryk:  for questions

arizona49:  Great
Godskid:  A little confused, first seems as through we are going purchase gifts and now looks like we are pushed out at least to December with budget?

wushock92:  I don't know, Godskid. That mid-December timeframe kind of came out of nowhere and only in 1 article that I say. I'm thinking smoke. Why wait that long from 2nd reading to passage?

terryk:  Well keep in mind this
terryk:  they don't have to pass budget to ri

wushock92:  Quite true.

terryk:  last year they did not pass, after reading they have 30 days then it's law
terryk:  that way no outcry on numbers

wushock92:  I forgot about that. Mid-December would fit that timeline, then
Godskid:  Thanks, clearer now.
jsartin113:  TK and mods - thanks for keeping site up and hanging in there...
beach:  jsartin113 We will always be there for every one
arizona49:  jsartin113 It is our pleasure, we are in this together til the end

terryk:  sure jsartin
terryk:  be sure to let your friends know we are still up and running
terryk: and this is a free site

Kenneth L.:  Thank You TK for having a free site
terryk:  U bet

BigEngine:  terryk I'm ready to take that drive to exchange. That's going be a fun ride.
terryk:  I just don't know where I'm going to drive too anymore

Godskid:  I feel like prayer is all I have to offer for all of us here. I am truly grateful for TK for maintaining this site for our family. I continue in prayer that we persist in that which God has for us as a family in here. We have shared so much over the years and God has gotten us through. So I continue in prayer.
wushock92:  I've made some terrific new friends through this site I wouldn't have made otherwise.

arizona49:  Godskid Thank you, very well said, and I'm sure everyone agrees ..... friendships made here will go on long after this is over, that I'm sure of, too.

terryk:  thank you sir
terryk:  ok all gotta run
terryk:  God Bless

kaycee:   Bye. TK
