LETTER OF BLUWOLF, 24 OCTOBER

As I have spoken about these past few days democracy must be honored and the U.S. but by any means must reinstate Iraq's true winning leaders. This is in the makings and it also is transpiring as we speak.

I personally see all pieces of this puzzle taking shape and unfolding before our eyes. As you know there are a lot of players and entities that are all involved in this huge project, all of which desire that this product called a international release should come out as flawless and perfect as expected by all involved.

The next few days should be very interesting for us all and for those involved, government changes and close polls will make a deep impact here in America as well as abroad.

Be bless all.

Bluwolf

DISCUSSION OF BGG, 24 OCTOBER

[jadenter] Are you discounting the DxxxxA report about Shabibi being guilty and not planning to return to Iraq to face 7 years in jail?

[BGG] That assessment that Shabibi is guilty and going to face 7 years in jail is soooooooo stupid.

[BGG] The IMF put Shabibi in place.

[basejmpr99] BAM

[BGG] Obama put Maliki in place.

[satrib] And there you have it!!

[TxBrand] Bidens brother’s company got awarded a contract to build homes in Iraq. Over a billion dollars in the next 3years…!!! http://www.foxbusiness.com/governmen ... one-iraq-deal/

[BGG] this interim Gov of the CBI "Turki" got hung up on when he tried to "Call for the rv" the other day.

[BGG] It appears he has as much sway as some of our Gurus. lol

[radronin] Turki is a "turkey"

[basejmpr99] so maybe he wasn't authorized to call it.... lol

[sthomas] BGG hung up on by whom?

[BGG] The very comforting thought (which I was aware of a couple of days ago) - is that if Maliki tried this hard to push this thru the IMF (not long ago) then we are, of course, in a very legitimate deal and it is only a matter of time. One way or the other.

[BGG] sthomas - Sorry - the IMF. He did try to push thru an RV as soon he and Mcslicky took over. The IMF wasn't having any of it.
[BGG] Dr Shabibi was out and so were they (the IMF - that is).

[sthomas] BGG The defenders of Shabibi have been few it seems

[BGG] I think Maliki has a very limited window now - I doubt he uses it for anything but further antics. So - I'm thinking shortly he's gone.

[basejmpr99] hence the news yesterday....Informed sources in the Iraqi Central Bank, on Monday that there are four names nominated herself for the position of Governor of the Bank has submitted their nominations to the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.

[rileyjones] BGG Do we know what Talabani thinks about Maliki? Very quiet on his end

[BGG] sthomas - Uhhhhh, Prince Kanani, the IMF, The UN, The US Ambassador, The Kurds, The Sadrists, Al-Iraqiya and all the informed Dinar holders in the whole world...should I go on??? Shabibi has plenty of support.

[mona lisa] nominating for Gov of Bank?? Are they really going to be able to replace Shabibi?? I bet he's back in soon ... but is there something I should know that could keep him out?

[xxxxx3] ONE POINT JUST MADE ON FOX NEWS MANY STOCKS DROPPED LIKE A ROCK TODAY AND THREE MAJOR COMPANIES REPORTING MASS LAYOFFS. MUCH OF THIS UNDER PROTEST FROM THE WHITEHOUSE BECAUSE IT SHOWS O'S PLAN ISNT WORKING AND JOBS STILL FALLING NOT GROWING AS THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SELL TO THE PUBLIC. POPPY3 BBL

[BGG] mona lisa - anything is possible, but I doubt it.

[mona lisa] I just don't think it will happen, but I could be wrong

[BGG] This was a records "cleansing session". There was some damaging stuff for Maliki and his goons. He had to get to the info and maybe the money.

[ONEDOWN] BGG do you think Shabs had everything backed up somewhere off site to protect himself?

[BGG] It could be he knew he had no chance of success but all he really needed was a crack at the books.

[BGG] ONEDOWN - bank on it.

[Revolution] Were not the records destroyed previously? Why would they not again destroy records?

[BGG] I was supposed to be out all day - but the plan changed after my MRI...

[BGG] so I got to pop in for a bit.

[BGG] Later.

[yada] Guru BGG Article: "President Talabani looking with a delegation of the Sadrist movement overall discussions between the political parties and steps to resolve the current crisis" The Sadrists meeting with Talibani is great news. They have been pretty quiet for a while now. I think things are in high gear – but this has a lot more to do with our own election cycle than any of us know. Bank on it.

National and Kurdistan: keen to involve everyone ... And negotiations after the feast

[jbrentd] snow white.......

[scottiegirl] Taking BGG's feeling that this is directly related to our election cycle, how likely are they to move faster in getting "things" resolved when Romney is elected? Just wondering.....thanks!

[moniesWife] scottiegirl good question... was thinking the same...

[poormandaddy] BGG HAVE I miss something but why havent we see Talabani , Barzani, Allawi or sadr comming out against Maliki

[poormandaddy] taking over the CBI

[poormandaddy] BGG HAVE I miss something but why havent we see Talabani , Barzani, Allawi or sadr comming out against Maliki taking

[poormandaddy] over the CBI

[BGG] They had a very solid alliance forming up against Maliki and Obama swung in and bribed Talibani to try and hold this things off until later in the election cycle. He then wanted Maliki to commit to the deals he agreed to and get the RV under way a little while ago (right before the Russia trip - this is exactly what he "saw in the water" that spooked him"...Like I said). Unfortunately - President Obama's "creepy buddy" used the time to calculate a different plan and instead of doing Obama's bidding - he headed off to Russia and the Czech Republic to buy weapons (lots more inside info along those lines). In doing so - he put Obama between a rock and a hard place. Obama held it off for political gain and now can't get it done quick enough to help himself - should have known better than to trust Maliki.

[BGG] Then as soon as Maliki got back from Russia - instead of moving the right direction, he started a very direct attack on the CBI and Shabibi. He tried to have Dr Shabibi arrested - but the Fed Courts wouldn't put up with that. Once he had an interim Gov of the CBI put in place they tried to revalue the currency and the IMF told the new guy to "get lost". They put Shabibi in place and they have no interest in allowing Maliki a "coup de gras" by taking over the CBI and getting his hands on the reserves and a very strong currency. None of this will happen.

[radronin] BGG- ergo- Maliki is in "big trouble" eh?

[BGG] I suspect Maliki will get painted further into a corner - have very limited chances for compromise in the short term. He won't capitalize on the chances and in a final desperate attempt Maliki will resort to direct attacks on several of the Bloc Leaders - terrorism and the like...

[BGG] mark it down -

[jeffusa] BGG but I wonder where is T and A and Barzani...

[caravaggio] BGG Thanks. Finally some unvarnished truth. I had a feeling you have been "dancing" around something.

[BGG] As I have been saying lately - they are reforming their allinaces - but very quietly, so as not to draw too much attention. The less attention the closer they get to their goal.

[jeffusa] BGG thanks

[juiceplus+] Thanks for the news BGG

[scottiegirl] BGG I think that's the best news I've heard all night! Thank you, sir!

[thegreentreesmusic] thanks so much BGG for all your effort and attention and keeping and us so well informed.

[Trace] BGG hi, hey what are your thoughts on the fact Talibani has remained pretty quiet on the whole Shabibi thing?

[BGG] I don't think this or our election are "directly related" in that anyone has the kind of control that would allow them to pinpoint an exact date, time or release based on their pre-planned agenda.

[poormandaddy] Trace I have been asking the same thing

[BGG] The ones who imagine they have this kind of influence are kidding themselves.

[BGG] they silenced ME!!

[BGG] and I own the @#$@# thing.

We are just that bad!

User BGG has been kicked.

[newmonies] he gets kicked 2

[satrib] now that's funny

[BGG] See??

[buck] BGG these new forming alliances, are they going to take long, they merely need to get a no confidence done everything else was in place?

BGG you are so funny!

[JimmyD] BGG Would you say in an opinion that if Barak is re-elected the c.e. would fall short and If Mitt is elected we should see a greater return faster in the c.e. ? Just a question that's all.

[BGG] JimmyD - I see a Romney Admin moving things along quicker - likely before the end of the year. However a "lame duck session" RV fixes Obama's legacy and gives him a shot in 4 more years.

[JimmyD] BGG Thank you.

[BGG] This comes through between Nov and Jan - no one will recall a single hideous incident he was part of.

[ajay214] I am simply amazed that there are still 49% or so who believe a thing O says. He is such a con man. Says one thing and does another.

[scottiegirl] BGG It sure would seem to help the ecomony which would certainly make Romney look much better. I think he will do a great job anyway, but a little divine help never hurts!

[BGG] we'll be lucky something hinky doesn't happen before Jan and if the RV has happened it will be pretty hard to get him out - reelection or no.

[mammat] BGG Maybe??? I think if a new administration steps in....we just might be reminded of some of those incidents

[BGG] What I'm saying is they will have a hard time with him if this happens during his "lame duck" term.

[mammat] BGG gotcha

[poormandaddy] BGG I though his first four years were Lame Duck Term

[BGG] poormandaddy - Nope - that was a steamroller session.

[scottiegirl] poormandaddy true dat!

[buck] BGG so is it going to take long to form these new alliances just to get a vote of no confidence?

[BGG] buck - no. I think shortly after their holiday.

[BGG] Nov 7th ish.

[buck] BGG thank you sir,

[BGG] I really wish I had not predicted such an eventful week. Next time I start heading that direction - will one of you just tackle me???

[poormandaddy] BGG - thats my job

[rlsunsfan] BGG I missed the brouhaha

[mammat] rlsunsfan good thing

[SHIEK] Wall Street Journal: Maliki to prove that the issue of «Central» solid foundations and is not an attempt to grab power important financial Haider Ali Jawad - 10/23/2012 - 6:39 pm http://translate.goo...c ··· 381.html

[jeffusa] mammat why lie? stupid... should have sent a couple F-18 's maybe could have scared them away

[mammat] jeffusa Last week FOX said that the unemployment rate went down because a state didnt report....no joke. Wonder if it was true....story never got legs.

[mammat] jeffusa how about even one of the infamous drones?

[jeffusa] mammat the drones were filming it

[mammat] jeffusa lol Wonder if that was on purpose?????

[mammat] jeffusa I know, right?

[jeffusa] mammat I guess now they have an email trail

[mammat] jeffusa has any mainstream media picked up on that?

[jeffusa] mammat don't ever watch it lol

[yada] mammat those who are no longer counted in the unemployment number will speak on nov 6th,,,they will again count to change the admin whose plan will get them back to work

[rlsunsfan] I find it so fascinating that the crowds all over the country are showing up in such huge numbers!

[mammat] I am looking forward to the election and the RV......

[mammat] rlsunsfan I am too!

[rlsunsfan] mammat yes we need tolerance and someone that can turn this ship around~

[rlsunsfan] and a big RV

DINAR GURUS UPDATE, 24 OCTOBER

10-24-2012  Newshound Guru Tlar   Remember to become a complete dictator you eventually have to hold your population at gunpoint.  As the ground swell moves forward Maliki will seem less sure of himself.  The proof is he had to go back to the Judiciary and try to get thee warrants re-instated.  Why? because it was determined that warrants coming from the Council of Ministers was - unconstitutional.  With the international community intering the frey and with 13000 troops of ours in country Maliki will be afraid to use the security or military forces to put this ground swell down. [post 3 of 4....stay tuned]

10-24-2012  Newshound Guru Tlar  When this is over IMHO Iraq will become a democratic non secular government.  Sadr has already made his mind up and has told Allawi...in Erbil if Allawi will allow some ministries to go to the Sadrists, he will support Allawi and Iraqiya in the next election.  This is the crux of democracy.  Back room deals where every party gets something of value achieved as the society moves forward.  Iraq has bit of the forbidden fruit.  For 10 years they have tasted democracy so now the real test comes.  Will they stand up and stop this despot?  [post 2 of 4....stay tuned]

10-24-2012  Newshound Guru Tlar   [New Guru]  What is happening in Iraq is the democratic awakeness.  We will see the constitution mentioned more and more in articles and interviews.  In the beginning...only a few really educated technocrats ever read what they wrote in total let alone any MP from any block.   In Iraq people are just starting to see what is in their constitution.  They are doing this because there is a constitutional crisis going on.  The SOL and Maliki from the very beginning have used the constitution where it benefited them and trashed it, where it, when it stood in the way.  MP's from all the blocks, the Kurds, Iraqiya and the Sadrists are feverishly for the first time seeing violations. Why?  They are digging into their constitution as the proof source.  [post 1 of 4....stay tuned]

10-24-2012  Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3   Minister of international trade in VN told banker there they were discussing the timing of the RV in VN to take place in the near future...further updates by Friday.

10-24-2012  Intel Guru Okie_OiL_Man   I HAVE BEEN MONITORING OUR DINAR/DONG SAGA AND HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING CLOSELY FROM SOURCES WHAT IS TRANSPIRING. ALL THE ACTIONS BEING TAKEN IN IRAQ, WHILE IS OF HISTORIC VALUE, HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE C/E OR R/V. THEIR ARE MOVEMENT THAT IS POSITIVE BEING TAKEN IN THIS FIELD BUT IT SURE SEEM'S LIKE MURPHY'S LAW IS AT WORK.  IT APPEAR'S THAT THERE ARE POLITICAL MOTIVES INVOLVED THAT HOPEFULLY WILL BE SET ASIDE SOON.  I HAVE NO DEFINITIVE INTEL THAT I CAN FURNISH AT THIS TIME.  I, LIKE YOU,  WAIT AND WONDER WHY THE ENDLESS DELAY'S.  IF AND WHEN PROVABLE INTEL CAN BE FURNISHED I WILL BE HAPPY TO ADDRESS THAT.

10-24-2012  Newshound Guru Adam Montana    two more good news items. 1. There was a huge agreement between Iraq and Kuwait on a very old dispute to the tune of BIG dollars. The fact that they are closing old issues is good for future progress. 2. Talks and agreements regarding the HCL continue to make news. They WILL get this settled - at this time it's in the "offer - counteroffer" stage, but it's in everyone's best interest to seal the deal.  [post 2 of 2]

10-24-2012  Newshound Guru Adam Montana    Shabibi is still on the run, claims innocence, but the warrants are still in effect...just yesterday we received news that actual arrests were made in relation to this latest development on the bankers and CBI employees.  Like I said last week - things are moving!  We have an approved budget draft. There's a lot of noise about this... I don't think it's important or relevant. If they increase the value of the Dinar, they will adjust the budget accordingly, and that is true no matter how high the rate goes. A budget is just a guideline, it can be amended, and there's no way they would simply tell us (through the budget) that they plan to increase the value...so like I said, the budget really doesn't mean much. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

10-24-2012  Intel Guru TerryK   one person waiting to get paid, its that close...im hearing tomorrow night [Wednesday] for the...global settlement funds, not the rv.

10-24-2012  Intel Guru Footforward   There's not a lot of new intel out there.  What's going on in Iraq is of zero consequence to us.  This thing will roll as the "powers that be" dictate it to roll, look at it from a global perspective.   I believe it should happen this year. This should have happened several times already. The plan is to get it done before the election...but it could happen after the election out of necessity.  I know the rate will be really good, double digits, multiples of 7.  It will be a flat rate.  I don't believe there will be multiple tier rates.  You won't have to negotiate.  [post 2 of 2]

10-24-2012  Intel Guru Footforward   The troops are there because they have moved around the lower denoms from location to location to keep them safe.  They don't believe there is another secure place, so they brought in the troops to secure them & also the CBI & the borders.  It has nothing to do with Maliki & they are not there to remove Shabibi.  Maliki is not the bad guy.  He is there to hold down the fort & get done what needed to be done, nothing more, nothing less.  The arms deal with Russia is not what it looks like, I can't get into it, I know this for sure.  He is not trying to take over the CBI.  They have the means to get rid of Maliki, but they don't.  Why?  There must not be a problem with him. [post 1 of 2...stay tuned]

10-24-2012  Newshound/Intel Guru BGG   Article:  "Alfalh (Constitution): parliament embraces wanted to justice on charges of terrorism – al-Maliki has evidence, documents and confessions condemns political bloc leaders"   Maliki must know the end is near – he’s now threatening some of the major bloc leaders with terrorism charges (like he did with the sham trial of Al-Hashemi). This will work out in the end. No matter what he thinks.

LORIC, YOTA,PHOENIX & TLAR POST, 24 OCTOBER

10-24-12 LoriC: The fact that the auctions haven't updated in a couple days is interesting but not surprising. There having the Eid AL Adha holiday Thursday - Friday and the CBI doesn't update or have auctions during holidays. There is also still an ongoing investigation with the central bank and the auctions (among other things) which could be the reason. The CBI should get back to work very soon though. Shabibi is returning to Baghdad and said he has complete confidence in the Iraqi judiciary and that he will be cleared of all wrong doing.

In other news, Kuwait wrapped up a $500 million airline settlement with Iraq. This ends a 22 year dispute between the 2 countries and puts Iraq into a perfect position and makes a very strong argument for Iraq to be released from Chapter 7. Iraq's oil exports continue to climb. Last month their revenues were more than $8.3 billion. Also, as we speak an HCL draft is being submitted to the House of Representatives for a vote. There is no way a country as wealthy as Iraq will remain with a worthless currency and this fight for control over the CBI is a great indicator that their currency is about to be far more valuable very soon.

10-24-12 Yota691: No updates on CBI Currency Auctions for 2 days in row!! This is the last one!! Currency Auctions Announcement No. (2240). The latest daily currency auction was held in the Central Bank of Iraq on the 22-OCT-2012. The results were as follows: DETAILS NOTES Number of banks 24. Auction price selling dinar / US$1166. Auction price buying dinar / US$--- Amount sold at auction price (US$286,070,000. Amount purchased at Auction price (US$) --- Total offers for buying (US$) 286,070,000. Total offers for selling (US$) --- Exchange rates.

10-24-12 Phoenix3333: Asian economies turn to yuan (its long-term goal for the renminbi to become a global reserve currency). "Asian economies turn to yuan. A"renminbi bloc" has been formed in East Asia, as nations in the region abandon the US dollar and peg their currency to the Chinese yuan — a major signal of China's successful bid to internationalize its currency, a research report has said. The Peterson Institute for International Economics, or PIIE, said in its latest research that China has moved closer to its long-term goal for the renminbi to become a global reserve currency. Since the global financial crisis, the report said, more and more nations, especially emerging economies, see the yuan as the main reference currency when setting their exchange rate. And now seven out of 10 economies in the region — including South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand — track the renminbi more closely than they do the US dollar.

Only three economies in the group — Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Mongolia — still have currencies following the dollar more closely than the renminbi, said the report, posted on the institute's website. The South Korean won, for example, has appreciated in sync with the renminbi against the dollar since mid-2010. China has long vowed to raise its currency's global sway, along with the rise of its economy, which became the world's second-biggest last year. The goal has seen significant development in recent years as the country promotes renminbi-denominated cross-border trade and gradually loosens control over its capital accounts. As a result, Hong Kong has quickly risen to be the world's biggest offshore renminbi trading center, with about 600 billion yuan ($95 billion) in deposits.

According to the latest report by the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, or SWIFT, renminbi-denominated trade accounted for 10 percent of China's total foreign trade in July. The figure was zero just two years ago. From July 1 to Aug 31, global payments in the renminbi rose 15.6 percent, according to SWIFT, as payments in other currencies fell 0.9 percent on average. The renminbi had a market share of 0.53 percent in August and has overtaken the Danish krone to become the 14th-highest global payment currency, the member-owned cooperative said. Cross-border trade settled in renminbi will triple to 6.5 trillion yuan ($1.03 trillion) within three years as relations with the world's second-largest economy grow, Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC was quoted as saying by Bloomberg on Oct 9. Settlements will grow 12 to 20 percent this year, reaching $1.03 trillion in two years, up from $330.8 billion in 2011, said Janet Ming, head of the China desk for RBS in Europe, Middle East and Africa."

ALL THE ACTION BEING TAKEN IN IRAQ HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RV, 24 OCTOBER

2:07 PM [..OKIEOILMAN] HI GUYS AND GALS, NO CONTRARY TO POPULAR OPINION I HAVE NOT DIED OR LEFT THE COUNTRY. I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY ENGULFED IN THE OIL FIELD.

SEEM'S LIKE DAY'S AND NIGHT'S RUN TOGETHER ANYMORE. I HAVE BEEN MONITORING OUR DINAR/DONG SAGA AND HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING CLOSELY FROM SOURCES WHAT IS TRANSPIRING.

ALL THE ACTIONS BEING TAKEN IN IRAQ WHILE IS OF HISTORIC VALUE, HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE C/E OR R/V .

I HAVE NOT POSTED AS I WANTED TRUE INFORMATION TO FURNISH RATHER THAN THE ENDLESS RUMOR'S THAT ABOUND ON THE INTERNET.

I HAVE NO DEFINITIVE INTEL THAT I CAN FURNISH AT THIS TIME. I , LIKE YOU WAIT AND WONDER WHY THE ENDLESS DELAY'S.

IF AND WHEN PROVABLE INTEL CAN BE FURNISHED I WILL BE HAPPY TO ADDRESS THAT--UNTIL THEN--KEEP THE PRAYERS GOING UP AND KEEP THE FAITH

Q & A WITH ADAM MONTANA, 24 OCTOBER

8:50 AM [Adam Montana] good morning everyone   Please no typing, I will try to get through this quickly  First, current state of the dinar- Shabiibi is still on the run, claims innocence, but the warrants are still in effect  just yesterday we received news that actual arrests were made in relation to this latest development on the bankers and CBI employees.  Like I said last week - things are moving!

8:54 AM [Adam Montana] We have an approved budget draft. There's a lot of noise about this... I don't think it's important or relevant. If they increase the value of the Dinar, they will adjust the budget accordingly, and that is true no matter how high the rate goes.

A budget is just a guideline, it can be amended, and there's no way they would simply tell us (through the budget) that they plan to increase the value... so like I said, the budget really doesn't mean much

and finally, two more good news items.

8:58 AM [Adam Montana] ok, let's get to the weekly questions!

8:58 AM [Dinarkicker] Cherysh Hello Adam and everyone (still having Java issues and cant get into chat, miss you all in chat!!) my question is WTH is going on with Iraq???. I have to admit, I have a hard time believing and finding confidence that Iraq isnt about to screw this whole thing up with political greed and curruption. How do feel about the situation? Thank you!

8:58 AM [Adam Montana] DK, whenever you are ready sir. Thank you for your help this morning

8:58 AM [Dinarkicker] yes sir

8:59 AM [Adam Montana] I just gave my official opinion, so I won't bore you with that again... but I do apologize for the issues with chat. I have no control over what java does, and I have to say they are really making things hard on us. Not sure what else I can say... other than if this doesn't change soon, I will look for a different chat platform.

8:59 AM [Dinarkicker] b62707 Adam, thanks for your time, I was curious as to your thoughts pending a Romney victory in the upcoming election, would it be in Iraqs best interest to get this done soon? I would think if Romney wins we will be looking into becoming less dependent on foreign oil, hence maybe making theirs worth less.

8:59 AM [Adam Montana] Good question

9:01 AM [Adam Montana] IF Romney wins, and IF he is able to implement the things that will truly make us less dependant on foreign oil, then yes - you are probably correct.

However, this will take quite some time and Iraq has plenty of time to realize a significant benefit from current oil prices, demand, etc.

9:01 AM [Dinarkicker] waitingondinar Adam, I read last week that Parliament had postponed working on the issues they were reviewing, one of them was the HCL. they are supposed to resume on Nov 6th.

Do you think this next session of parliament will bring about the RV we are waiting on? Have any other issues surfaced that we should know about? Do you still believe we are on track for RV before end of year? thanks

9:04 AM [Adam Montana] hi waitingondinar. I don't see it happening on that particular meeting (Nov 6) due to the US Elections - they may need help stabilizing everything, and although we (the US) are actively retreating from Iraq,

it should be obvious that we are still on standby in case we are needed. If we are undergoing a change of administration during a major event like an RV, it could affect our mobility and efficiency... I just don't see it happening on that exact date.

9:04 AM [Dinarkicker] HisHands Good Morning Adam and thank you for your time. Since it appears that Shabibi may be out of the picture, at least for a while, does the National Meeting still play such an important part in spurring on the RV?

A lot of us felt that Shabibi was waiting until the ministers were seated, and the Erbil settled before allowing the RV to go through.

Whether the arrest warrants have facts behind them or not, this still allows Maliki to have a hand in the CBI that was not there before. What are your thoughts on how important the National Meeting is to us now that things have taken a slightly different turn?

9:05 AM [Adam Montana] You are correct - regardless of the legitimacy of the warrants, Maliki has indeed changed the balance of power and appears to have a much stronger grip on the overall situation. Whether the meetings will be of consequence remains to be seen.

9:05 AM [Dinarkicker] vanilla wafer Hello Adams: Things have really picked up and seem to be moving right along. With Shabs under lock and key do you think we will RV before the end of the month or before the year is out?

9:05 AM [Adam Montana] Not before the end of the month, but I still see the end of the year as a possibility! :twothumbs:

9:06 AM [Dinarkicker] TimS Adam.....the events regarding Shabibi seem to show that Maliki is still after all the power. That seems to support the idea that he really doesn't understand how a democratic system works, nor does he want to know. It also appears that he is not fostering a landscape that is conducent to strong foriegn investment.

My question is this.....Considering Maliki's actions in the years since he became PM which include not getting a full GOI seated, not passing the HCL, his inability to get Iraq released from UN chapter 7, his actions toward other government members and Shabibi, his inability to actually work with the Kurds and Sunnis to unite Iraq, his inability to consistently provide basic utilities to the bulk of the populations, or to reduce unemployment...do you still believe he is the best man to be running Iraq and that he will get his currency traded on the world markets anytime soon...within a year being soon?

9:06 AM [Adam Montana] hi TimS, thanks for the question.

9:07 AM [Adam Montana] I disagree with some of your opinions - example, chapter 7. You say that Maliki has been unsuccessful, but I think you are basing that on the sole fact that Chapter 7 is not completely released.

I would contend that he has been very successful in getting the country of Iraq to the point where a full release of Chapter 7 is completely possible - therefore, I approve of his job so far.

9:07 AM [Adam Montana] But to answer your question - do I still think he is the right man for the job?

9:08 AM [Adam Montana] Yes, I do. He has stated many times that his goal is to see the value of the Dinar rise, and I think (depsite the many hiccups and roadblocks) that he has driven the country and the situation in the right direction. I believe he will finish the job, too. :tiphat:

9:08 AM [Dinarkicker] flyguy2323 Hi Adam Just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to read and answer my question that I have. I was just wondering what your take is on the article that says they have passed the budget for 2013, and if it is true or not? I believe that this is really good for us. Thanks again

9:09 AM [Adam Montana] They have approved the draft, and it will most likely be passed through Parliament

9:10 AM [Adam Montana] I gave my opinion on it earlier... I think it's irrelevant. They obviously won't pass a budget based on a potential value, they have to draft it according to the present value. If they won a World Lottery tomorrow, obviously they would revise or amend the budget.

9:10 AM [Dinarkicker] pastorbigal Good Morning Adam, I just read that "Kuwait clears Gulf War Iraqi airline settlement" You think this is an important step toward the removal from chapter 7?

9:11 AM [Adam Montana] I don't necessarily think it's an important step, it certainly wasn't a required action, but it's certainly helpful and bodes well for the future of the middle east and Iraq in general!

9:11 AM [Adam Montana] Since that was the last question, I'll just close with this:

9:12 AM [Adam Montana] At this time I have nothing negative to report. The Shabibi situation is still in progress, and I am still watching that one closely.

I know many of the "gurus" out there will disagree with me, simply because I'm not saying the RV is tomorrow (or already happened  ), but my firm opinion is that nothing is going to happen until after our Elections are decided.

9:12 AM [Adam Montana] (I will be happy to be proven wrong by Iraq, of course!)

9:13 AM [Adam Montana] So on that note - all of you have a wonderful day, and I'll be in touch with news if anything breaks. :tiphat:

6:11 PM [michigander0131] Strategic objective required to change its currency is to raise the value of October 22, 2012, The question is that the strategic objective of the decision makers is to restore the value of the Iraqi dinar to normal, which was equal to three dollars or Iraqi dinar will remain in its infancy at its current value?

PALLADIUM, FOOTFORWARD & DELTA POST, 24 OCTOBER

10-24-12 Palladium: It is clear that the Parliament and GOI intend to clean out the CBI of everyone directly and indirectly connected to Shabibi. I also heard someone put forth a theory about the accusations against Shabibi. Shabibi has been accused of currency / exchange rate manipulation.

The theory is this. For days, weeks, and months (without end), the CBI has kept the exchange rate UNCHANGED. If the exchange rate is being held at a certain rate, when it could have and should have been changed; then wouldn't that be manipulation?

There was an article that came out yesterday that talk about the embassies abroad having false documents (what I believe to be forged bonds of some type) that were being used in the currency auctions. THIS is where the money laundering has been occurring folks!

Whether Shabibi knew of this or not, that is really no way to know. I do remember how Shabibi meet last year (I think) with the ambassadors and gave them instructions for how to get foreign investors and development for Iraq.
Palladium Continues:  Considering the forged and faux documents (apparently bonds) were coming from the embassies abroad, being used in daily CBI auctions, and a currency exchange rate that is being deliberately held down and unchanged for months and months and months and months, Shabibi would be a primary point of investigation.

I'm not saying that Shabibi is guilty of anything and I'm not saying he is innocent; but I'm not going to wear colored glasses in looking at this. Where there is smoke, there is fire; apparently at both the CBI and the GOI. This time though the Parliament is involved, and that tells me this is something much deeper and more serious than just a fight between Malaki and Shabibi.

10-24-2012  Footforward:
There's not a lot of new intel out there.

You won't have to negotiate.

troops are there because they have moved around the lower denoms from location to location to keep them safe.

Gambler1: If we are to believe more than one currency will RV--then that includes the Chinese Yuan. The concept is that some countries’ currencies do not really reflect their intrinsic value. One of those is China. So, politicians saying China holds the value of its Yuan down is exactly what we as investors in dong and dinar have been saying--that these currencies have to rise in value to truly reflect the assets and potential wealth of those countries. So, hearing that from the politicians last night fits right into our thinking.

 Delta:
There is indication that Shabibi is involved in something illegal. During the investigation, they did find something about Shabibi. He is in Switzerland. He was to come back to defend himself, but I doubt it. He knows that he can't compete with Maliki right now.

Maliki is doing whatever he wants right now. He knows our president is weak in foreign policy. All are agreeing with Maliki, even the Supreme Court, they said there is something against Shabibi. They are not telling the details.

We really don't know what is going on behind closed doors, but it seems like a serious matter. One scenario is that he may have been set up, we just don't know. Shabibi could have revalued the currency a long time ago, he waited too long & they may have set him up.

For our investment, nothing will delay the plan. We have to wait for a few days to see what happens. They know that everything is ready. Shabibi has said that everything is ready.

DISCUSSION OF MED, 24 OCTOBER

LCdinar (21:07:24): Med are you still on by chance?
